A 1 star is given because in order to leave a review a star must be given however, this office manager made it where they do not need a star at all! ZERO stars! Avoid This Office at All Costs I recently visited Valley Medical Center (Dr. Weilee Yeh, M.D.) for a required physical for my new job, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. First off, the office landscape is bleak—desolate, with no cars in the parking lot, making it look like an abandoned building. For a long time, I thought it was just a closed or unoccupied space until my employer directed me there. The real issue, however, is the front office staff. There are only two people at the front desk, one of whom calls herself the “office manager.” Her attitude is downright nasty, rude, and unprofessional. From her tone to her inability to engage in basic conversation, it’s clear customer service is not a priority. Communication is abysmal. They never answer their phone, and voicemails take over a week to be returned—if they even respond. After finally walking in for my appointment, the “office manager” claimed they were too busy to answer the phones, which is laughable considering how empty the office always is. When I mistakenly showed up a day late for my physical, I tried to reschedule, only to be hit with a surprise $25 missed appointment fee. Mind you, my regular doctor—who is part of a highly reputable medical group—doesn’t even charge such fees. The “office manager” rudely insisted the fee couldn’t be waived and refused to even ask the doctor about it, claiming these were the “rules.” She even tried to justify it by saying other offices charge $75, which was completely irrelevant and ridiculous. To make matters worse, when I commented that this facility wasn’t up to my standards, she didn’t even understand the word “caliber.” Once I clarified, she became defensive and confrontational. Her behavior reflects poorly on the doctor and the office overall. If the doctor himself is competent, it’s hard to tell, as the staff’s behavior overshadows everything else. A medical office is supposed to be professional, ethical, and accommodating—not a ghetto, hole-in-the-wall experience where the staff acts like they’re doing you a favor. Listen DR. Yeh is quite simply the best attending Physician in Hemet Hospital my husband has been a guest there a couple of times now with extended stays and he has ordered the right test sent the correct specialist and gave the medication that got him back to himself and as a doctor that is the best thing, I have built a great rep-ore with him because I understand he has other patients but he always answers my questions and left me feeling the care my husband got was the best. I will always recommend him and hope he continues to serve our community.

If I could give him negative stars I would. Dr. Yeh is not attentive to his patients, he could careless about your needs and his body language and attitude shows it. He was my Doctor at the hemet Valley hospital and he never gave me clear answers regardless of the questions I asked him. He didn't seem to care, no emotion, he is clearly only there for a paycheck. He discharged me without having an answer to my condition or some sort of explanation. When it was time for him to write me a prescription for my insulin he took hours to do so because he said he was busy driving home and had other things to do. His patients are not his priority and it shows and I would not recommend this doctor at all

I could have lost my leg due to a very aggressive infection in my knee and an incompetent ortho surgeon. Doctor Yeh went above and beyond fighting for me. He came to my room every day to let me know he was consulting with some colleagues and even a few doctors he didn't even know to get me transferred to a different hospital with a different surgeon who is doing a total knee replacement. Now with thier help and his unwavering support I'm on my way to recovery

Dr Yee is fine. He has very minimal office hours, and it is hard to get appointments with him. Unfortunately his front office staff are not very compassionate or adept at what they do. I recently had a completely dehabilitating muscle pull in my neck and shoulder and could barely walk. I was very rudely told by the office staff that the doctor could NOT SEE ME for two weeks, and could not even "work me in." I will also tell you that the staff can't seem to complete a perscription (entered wrong date of birth) or orders for blood work or x-rays ( entered the wrong BCBS info on their orders.) You may want to take your cue from my experience.

Dr. Yeh is an complete waste of space. I would really like to know where he got his medical licence, perhaps the back of a Cheerios box? Worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with even though the entirety of my intteractions with him were limited cause the man seems to only be good at pulling a disappearing act. I can only imagine being they have him also working at the hospital how many people have died or suffered do to his negligence. I would give a big fat 0 stars if it were an option.

I highly recommend Dr. Yeh. His staff also. I was disappointed I had to change doctors because of my insurance company.
