Absolutely the worst hospital. Took wife in cuz she wouldn't wake up. Spent 4 hours. They Said everything was good and the issue is a sleeping problem. Never put i.v in for hydration. They sent her home still not awake. Day 2 still not awake had to go to a different hospital. I not take my dog there if I had one. Don't go for there for anything serious

Only place I have had zero pain when receiving a mammogram. The tech knows how to position you to exclude pull. She alway takes the time to set up just right and explains everything in detail.

Went there with my 2 year old after she fell on a water slide at the Napoleon Pool and needed her chin glued. By the time we arrived she was not crying and calmly in my arms. I attempted to sign her into urgent care, they asked her age and why we were there. The woman instantly told me I had to go to the ER because they could not restrain her. In the ER the physician even asked why we didn't go to the urgent care because of how calm she was, and then did a little laugh when I said why. When he came to glue her chin she was sitting in my lap and tilted her head back willingly. Then the glue was applied he used two q-tips to squeeze either side, she winced a little, but again, completely calm. (Side note, the glue did not close the wound properly and was off in 2 days which we had inquired a urgent care bill after that.) So, now we are stuck paying over $1000 for the ER visit and the Dr's. fees. All because the urgent care did not want to treat a child.

Updated 8/12/25 The imaging center for mammograms is very professional. The technician made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Henry County Hospital for mammograms. The equipment is much better than the “old days.”

Updated 4/25/25 7 The lab at Henry County Hospital is excellent. The staff is so good that the process of having blood drawn is practically pain free.

The general surgery clinic is excellent as well. The staff is very good and takes as much time with you as necessary. They don’t rush you out the door. They answer all your questions first.

The staff who does colonoscopies is really good. I’ve had them done other places, but the Henry County Surgery Department is the best by far. They make you comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Nobody likes to have them done, but this is the best place to have them done.

I love the hospital itself, Dr's are good, service is great and fast, recently had to go to the ER and I was pleasantly surprised how fast i got in (compared to other visits before) and the nurse was excellent and so was the Dr on call.....just please to anybody reading this NECER EVER go to urgent care they truly are awful and the worst!!!
