This is our second home with Maronda. Marie has sold us both homes, and was an even greater pleasure to work with the second time. Our experience was great. She sent us weekly updates, reassured us along the way, and was always available to answer all of our questions (we always had a lot). We were very thankful for her.

I was a bit disappointed that finance got me to lock in my rate at high interest; they said the rate was locked in when it dropped a week later; the house was closed at the time, and my driveway was cut short, only 16ft wide. In comparison, other houses in the neighborhood side car garages were about 26ft. I emailed Jeff Satterfiej, but he has not replied regarding the driveway. There is still work that needs to be done. It has been over a month. I tried emailing Scott, the CEO of Maronda Homes, but I had no luck. Laura and Brian were the only help and staff I had contact with.

What a bout driveway other are 26 feet wide ?T hey just pour lot 71 it is 20 feet wide date poured jan 31,2024 this is a side car garage .

I purchased a home a year ago, and it has been the worst experience with the whole company. Repairs that needed to addressed withing the time limits have expired due to mishandling of scheduling on the company part.
