I purchased a canopy bed from them two months ago. I still have not received my item. I changed my card account and have contacted my company. They are willing to report the company and give me my money back. I emailed them and was given a tracking number. The item does not exist. I have emailed them again and if I do not receive my item or a refund. I will be reporting them. I purchased this item for my terminally ill mother. She has a form of cancer and will not be with us much longer. She wanted to pass in a canopy bed, that resembled her childhood bed. My husband is also an agent for the FBI internet crime complaint center. If I do not receive my item or return payment. He said he will be going after the company. Even if they use fake IP, location, phone numbers, etc. He will be able to trace them. The bedframe is for his mother and he is also quite PO that this has happened. He has started, they better do right of he will be sending his team after them ruthlessly.

I received the wrong package as well after a month, they did however get back to me with another tracking number, buy after another month of waiting, the tracking number disappeared and said there was no package under the number. I'm fed up and ready to involve better business beauro.
