I've been through the service department multiple times and have had all great experiences! I've spoken with several of the gentlemen that work in the department and they have all been very helpful and polite. The last few times I've worked with Shane and he is exceptional! Thanks Shane for dealing with me and my Lilo! I know she gets the care she needs when she's in your hands!!! Purchased my Kia Sportage through H&H in 2023. I've loved the entire process. Great group of people!

I hate to even give H&H service center one star.
My Kia Sportage was stolen less than 2 weeks after I bought it, recovered in a couple days, then spent almost 3 months at H&H. They were so overwhelmed with recoveries and repairs that my insurance ran out for a rental car before they could get my car done and then they refused to offer me a loner. I was told they couldn't because I would have it too long. When I got my car back I was given a list of suggested repairs not covered by insurance. One was new brakes and rotors. When I pointed out that I had the car less than 2 weeks so any damage to the brakes & rotors would be due to the thieves, I was told oh I guess they're fine...

They were seriously trying to pad the bill!

I had an oil change package with the purchase of this vehicle so I took it in for it's regular servicing. On the 2nd oil change some general maintenance suggestions were made. I went ahead and scheduled the suggested work.

On my third oil change the same exact work was suggested plus more! So it makes me wonder did my car really need this work or do they just randomly make these suggestions to pad the bill?!

I had one oil change left in the package, so when the time came around I went back for my final oil change with H&H. I had already determined that I was not going to come back after this because I do not like how they handle their business.

Almost 2 weeks to the day after having my last oil change my car begins to stutter as I'm driving and my check engine light begins flashing. I have it towed in to H&H not knowing where else to go yet. This was a Friday. On Monday I'm told that my engine needs to be replaced and once again I am not going to be offered a loaner car because they do not have enough to cover everybody.

I checked my oil before having it towed out. There was little to no oil on the dipstick what was there was black as charcoal and the dipstick looked burnt. No oil spot in my driveway or oil trail to and from my house. No Blue smoke from my tail pipe... My service handler advised that my car has developed an oil consumption issue. I think an idiot didn't put oil in my car!

This is now the 2nd time that shortly after having an oil change done at H&H Kia my engine failed and had to be replaced.
A 2017 Kia Sorento, bought brand new with only 54 miles on it, engine replaced under 60,000 miles and now a used 2020 Kia Sportage under 60,000 miles and I've had it for just a little over a year.

So after not being able to give me a loaner car for a week and I missed a week of work because of it, I was told my car would be ready by 5:00 pm on Friday. I call to confirm that I will be picked up and brought to my car only to be told that no my car won't be ready I can be picked up and brought to sign out a loaner car. Then I do not hear from them for another week!
I pick my car up on Friday February 21st.
My engine light comes back on on Saturday! I am so disgusted with them at this point that I took it to another service shop to find out that my camshaft and my crankshaft are misaligned and my timing is off. I'm advised that it is not going to be a quick or easy repair and I'm told that I should take it back to who replaced my engine.
When I called the H&H service center back to explain what is going on, the first thing out of their mouth is, well we can't guarantee you'll get a loaner car... I AM SOOOOOOOO FED UP! THIS AFTER MULTIPLE TEXTS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS REMINDING ME TO GIVE THEM A GOOD SURVEY?! I wasn't going to fill out the survey at all good or bad, but now I've had it and their going to hear about it!

I have used their service department twice in the last year. The video feature is great to see what is going on. I worked with Shane both appointments. I am not a fan of dealership service departments but now H & H service department I am a big fan of! Timely service, great communication, they discuss the pro's and cons of what they can do. Will use them again and recommend them.

Took my car in a few months ago to get a headlight replaced, and the “replacement” is already burnt out. This is to top off all the other issues I’ve had with their service department giving me flat tires and charging full price, not replacing the original headlight but charging me for it (requiring me to come back) and the fact that their service department ripped a small hole in my passenger seat. Extremely low quality service, I will be driving to another dealership in the future.

Brought my Kia in for a recall fix, and somehow they messed up my wheel alignment. On the drive there the Kia label was perfectly horizontal when driving straight, now the wheel needs to be tilted to the right to go straight, and it'll cost me money to fix something they weren't even asked to look into 🤦‍♀️

It’s disappointing to have to write this because I’ve been getting my Cadenza serviced at HH Kia for years now. However, on my last visit, we arrived on time for our appointment, and no one acknowledged our presence for about 20 minutes. Eventually, a Service Advisor, Shane Clapp, finally came over. Now, I’ve worked with Shane a few times in the past, and he isn’t necessarily always friendly to me, but he was never rude before. He came over, seemingly annoyed, when I greeted him he ignored me and harshly stated “just so ya know it’s going to be $262 just for diagnostics”. I ended up leaving because I didn’t like his energy, and I also think that a diagnostic fee should be provided as a disclaimer when the appointment is confirmed. Anyway, I brought my car over to Edward’s Kia and had my car dealt with there.

Just paid 800 when it was SUPPOSED to be a FREE(0$) regular service/oil change as I had purchased a package of 4 services. They, probably, are recovering the cost of their new facility from customer. And I am one of them. They take advantage of customers not knowing about car mechanics. Try and understand it's a hard earned money. Never going to comeback( even though one free service left) and not going to recommend to any.

Bought a car from these guys a couple of months ago. It was one of their loaner cars. I dropped it off this morning for a recall fix that I scheduled last week. I let them have the car all day (for something the recall said would take 1-2 hours) and received no updates until late afternoon. Turns out they didn't even have the part for the recall that I scheduled the appointment for, but they did fix two outstanding ones that they hadn't done while the dealership owned the car. The sales team was great. The service area looks like a its going to be a whole different story.
