I am very thankful for Dr. BRADFORD, and my special doctor Dr Tiffany Rouse. She has been there through all my problems, listening patiently as I describe what my body is telling and showing me. She accepts our body will show us what is out of sort if we pay attention and always share it with our doctor. Dr. Tiffany listens first to what is Going on with me and then after thoroughly checking me over, she will tell me if she agrees and certainly tells me if she feels I am wrong and then does test, bloodwork to make sure she is correct. She does not treat you on Guesswork. She is willing to refer if she feels it is needed. After seeing her for years, she knows I do not doctor shop, she trust what I tell her and we go from there. She was there for me as I lost my precious son to cancer, and again when I lost my husband of 40 years. Listening, was a doctor, BUT a friend. Their staff is all the same friendly, caring, type. You have enough problems without a rude staff member. You may also meet Molly, I call her the therapy dog as she will make you smile when you really feel like crying. They need a review, not a book so I will say Thank You God, for your guidance to High Mountain Health Care.

Kelly Fendley was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us! (As well, The office staff is super kind and caring- especially the 2 women staffing checkout!). Kelley reviewed copious medical records with us, explained all the subtle nuances of tests done, and went on to make top notch referrals and recommendations. She actually went over into her lunch hour and put her own child’s soccer event on hold to help us- she was professional, very thorough, and very patiently answered all of our questions- she went way beyond the norm! She took great care of both myself and my family- we are indebted to her! Thank you so much Kelly!

Office just closes on days that are not listed online and closes at inconvenient times throughout the day, which impacts patients negatively and leads to confusion, especially when you have a sick child. Kelley is a great provider, but the rest of the staff and providers we have seen do not carry the same level of professionalism, and do not care nearly enough about the well being of their patients. We will not be returning to this location.

It’s easy to have 5-star reviews when you hide all 1-star reviews. What a way to promote your incompetence and draw even more questions about your service. YOU CAN DELETE MY REVIEWS AS NABY TIMES AS YOU WANT AND I WILL CREATE A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT AND POST IT AGAIN EVERY TIME! THATS REALLY SHEISTY BEHAVIOR FOR A MEDICAL OFFICE!! You would think that a healthcare facility that has female doctors on staff, would be more responsive to concerns of female patients. My mother was seen Wednesday, October 13, 2021 and her chief concerns were chest and back pain that had lasted for a couple of weeks. My mother told them she was afraid it was heart related, as we have a long family history of heart disease(her father died of a heart attack at the age of 42, her uncle died at 38 of a heart attack as well). This facility was aware of this history. Without running ANY test at all on her, the DR. She saw told her that her symptoms were not cardiac related. Today, the evening of October 16, 2021, my mother is being FLOWN, not taken by car or even by ambulance, FLOWN IN A HELICOPTER to Northeast Ga Medical center after visiting UGH ER, so that competent medical professionals can assess her after having what they’ve diagnosed as a heart attack. If you want a medical practice that brushes off your symptoms, by all means, try your luck here. If you actually care if you live or die, avoid this “healthcare” facility at all cost and just go on to Gainesville or even any other practice in this county, where the educated Drs are employed. I would expect this lack of concern from male Drs, and even then, it’s plenty unacceptable, but being a female dominated practice, you all should be ashamed! Do better and advocate for ALL of your patients and maybe not be so passive! AND IF YOU ARE AT A POINT IN YOUR CAREER THAT YOU ARE SO JADED AND TOO CALLOUSED TO HEAR YOUR PATIENTS, GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS PROFESSION!!!
UPDATE: my mom is on a machine to regulate her BP until they can get set up for emergency surgery. A SIMPLE ROUTINE BLOOD TEST WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS BUT INSTEAD SHE WAS TOLD “nothing is wrong” AND GIVEN MEDICATION FOR VERTIGO! Incompetent and negligent F-NP Fowler is!

Before I moved I had gone here for half my life and the people who worked here were always nice to their patients. The place was clean most of the time. It was always easy to make an appointment. As usual though timing is always off as it is with all medical professions. Comes with the territory. Someone is always late or early on both sides.

The entire staff are very helpful and friendly. When I moved here they had trouble getting my medical records, but they got me in without them. You do a wonderful job and I thank u.
