I cannot recommend Dr. Jason Ceavers and his incredible team highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Websterline and Richard at the front desk. They were efficient, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Dr. Ceavers is truly an outstanding physician—his knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail are unmatched. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my diagnosis, and ensure I understood my treatment options. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being.

On 8/27, I called Holy Cross Wilton Manors and scheduled an annual physical on 9/12. Before my scheduled appointment, I was asked to complete lab work at the Holy Cross Lab Outpatient Center. During the call, I was assured that a lab order would be placed at the outpatient center and that I’d be able to complete it by 9/4. I showed up at the outpatient center last Friday morning (9/6), and there was no record of a lab order being placed. I immediately called Holy Cross Wilton Manors and was assured that my order would arrive at the outpatient center by this morning (no apology was offered for wasting my time). Earlier this morning, I went to the outpatient center again, and to my surprise, my order was not in the system (!). It is absurd how incompetent Holy Cross Wilton Manor is, and I don’t think my poor experience was an outlier based on the reviews I’m reading here. I suggest you stay away and find another provider.

My initial visit with the resident that saw me under the supervision of Dr Lucas was great. I called for medication for a situation I was having- called 3 times and each time was told someone would reach out to me. That was over a week ago. Suffice to say they don’t give a you know what about their patients. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that actually calls back and answers the phone. Doctors in South Florida seem to only be in the mill for money and this continues to prove it.

I came here because I was feeling ill and my GP could not get me in for 10 days. The phone appointment process (through Holy Cross scheduling) was a little bumpy but they got me in next day. I was told in advance I would see a resident . My doctor was very nice and had reviewed all my mychart records in advance going all the way back to 2010. They were very thorough and kind and scheduled me for testing that will be reviewed with my GP & GI docs when I see them in June.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Go see a doctor and it takes an additional week for them to call in scripts to pharmacy. 6+ calls to find out the delay and no one knows anything at this location. An absolute waste of time and money, but they sure love to bill those insurance companies though!

This was easily the most unprofessional medical experience I ever had in my life. Nobody knows what they’re doing at this office. You’re better off booking a flight to a 3rd world country and finding the worst doctor in the local village if you want to find help for your medical problem. Roll the dice here if you want to. Oh and the A/c is broken.

Go somewhere that you matter, it is not here. I received my health test results, and they came back abnormal. Shockingly, the clinic chose to deliver this news via email—no phone call, no personal touch. For something so serious, this lack of care and communication is unacceptable.

Horrible office. Have been ON STAFF at holy cross in the past and used their doctors for years. Now they cannot keep a doctor, have residents seeing patients which is unacceptable healthcare.
No office manager on site, revolving door of decent doctors and administration doesn't care.
Left messages for admin at the hospital, no call back. On line and in their message says open til 5:00 pm. Phone goes on voicemail 4:30 pm sharp. When the cats away, the mice will play.....
