Dr. Brandstetter is awesome, and I am thrilled to have found her as my primary care physician. She spent as much time with me as I needed, and she answered all of my questions. Dr. B is very knowledgeable and reviewed all of my medical history records carefully. She also set up for me to get an X-ray and blood tests in the same clinic right after my appointment with her. I’ll also mention that the entire Honor Health staff was great, and everyone treated me like a valued customer. The man who did my X-ray, and the woman who did my blood draw were true professionals.I will recommend Dr. B and Honor Health to everyone!

The front office and nursing staff was very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the nurse practitioner was very "short" and "matter of fact" about a number of items and expressed that they "didn't want to waste their time working with my perscriptions". Her bedside manner and communication skills left a bit to be desired. I'm committed to continuing care at that location because it's the end of the year and finding a new PCP this late would be a hassle for me. I will be seeking a different provider as soon as the new year hits and advising people in town to look elsewhere for friendly health care.

I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I've had with establishing care at a clinic. The front desk lady named Rebecca is so welcoming and helpful, she set the pace for the rest of the visit and when I was called back the nurse who was working with NP Loke did not disappoint she was funny and so attentive. I waited only a couple of minutes until NP Loke came in and she was very pleasant and had a lot of patience with me. She asked several questions to help her understand the extent of my situation (allergies) which has been an ongoing issue for me. She was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed at all. I appreciate everyone who helped me today. This is exactly the experience I had hoped for and they did not disappoint. Well done honor health! Thank you! ~CK

Dr. Stanek, is an amazing doctor. It was my first visit and I was nervous but she soon put me at ease. I was very pleased with her knowledge, her friendliness and her need to be completely on spot with her diagnosis. I would absolutely tell everyone to go see her. I am thankful to find her.

I’m so happy that Fountain Hills has an Honor Health Primary Care! The staff are so welcoming, from the front desk, the lab techs to the medical personnel. I saw Loki and she was so calm and caring. I really appreciated the level of care that I received.

The doctor took her time with me and I dressed all my concerns. I was very impressed with her. I had some lab work done by Candace. I believe her name was, and she was amazing. Most phlebotomist have an issue finding my vein, she found it immediately, and it was completely painless.

My first visit to Honor Health and Dr Brandstetter as I recently changed my PCP. I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated from the initial waiting room greeting, the Dr assistant, Dr Brandstetter and the lab technician. As I was a new patient Dr Brandstetter spent an amazing amount of time with me getting to understand my history. It is obvious that Honor Health is very professional and well run, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
