The staff and nurses are rude and I used them for a procedure and have had nothing but issues. I recommend going elsewhere

They will NOT see you at all if you have a chip implant for interstitial cystitis! So, you have the interstitial cystitis but, won't even see you to give u medication for it at least. 🙄. Horrible service!

Receptionist was tied up processing very lengthy new patient paperwork...you could tell that she was probably a very nice person but VERY short with 5 patients who all had to wait for her to process a set of new patient paperwork before she could devote time to them...she was not at all rude but short enough to seem dismissive (all 5 patients appeared to be "checking in" for appts but no sign-in sheet, so natural thing is to stand at window until acknowledged to let them know you were here...it just didn't work smoothly for anyone... Uncomfortable at a minimum...

Nurse was great once we broke the ice... funny and real... Efficient... Good listener...💯

Dr was satisfactory... Probably even Highly Satisfactory... very straightforward, professional demeanor, visit was completed efficiently - I have a couple of questions that I need clarification on and will try to resolve those tomorrow...considering potwnrially seeking 2nd opinion but not sure yet...

Check out was fine...I think maybe office mgr expedited my check out as window was busy.... whoever she was she was 💯, ,too

I have been a patient of Dr. Deighton since late 2013. I did have to wait for a few weeks for the initial appointment, and recently scheduled an appointment with the first available date being 4 weeks away, but in neither case was my condition urgent.
I had no issues with the staff as they were both professional and courteous. Dr.Deighton has a very down to earth demeanor and I felt he exercised due dilligence addressingy concerns. From the first visit, I felt like a long term patient and not just another billable asset.I would recommend his services.
