I went to this office for over 20 years supposably I missed 2 appointments when I went to schedule they said if I miss appointment I would be thrown out of the practice. I've never heard of such a thing. I have heard if you don't show up you may have to pay a cancelation fee but never to be seen again by your primary care physician is nuts.

Since Dr. G left, this practice has been the worst. These doctors do not know what they ARE DOING. FIND YOURSELF BETTER CARE.

I have been with this office for almost a year.. very frustrated with them...I have called on several occasions and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing...records are not updated...on two occasions I had to drive from Milford to the office in order to speak with the Spanish speaking receptionist to get anything done. Because of the receptionist I give it 2 stars

If I could give zero stars I would! I had Dr. Gottiparthy as my doctor for over 20 years and NEVER had one issue. These new people come in and the first time I go there and they do blood tests, they didn’t get authorization and it was not covered by my insurance, so I get a $352.00 bill and have been trying for two months to get them to make ONE phone call to my insurance to fix it and they have yet to do it!! ONE phone call, they keep saying they will email their billing lady Brianna? Brianna is either terrible at her job or never checks her emails because she still hasn’t made the call!? Don’t waste your time here, they’re useless and don’t care about anything but getting your money, no help afterwards if THEY made a mistake!

Dr. Gupta is a very attentive primary care doctor. I have been using the facility for 20 years. Dr. Gupta and his staff continue the tradition of ensuring his patients are fully attended to, he listens, and does a fantastic job.

Very unprofessional, they will have their provider call out and make everyone reschedule for a month in advance, but when you come 10 mins late to your rescheduled appointment their policy is “we can’t see you after 10 mins of being late” as if they didn’t make you wait a whole 30 days to be seen. I don’t recommend coming here because they are very unprofessional especially when it comes to mental health
