The excessive rescheduling of appointments due to a mere 15-minute tardiness demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding towards your patients. The poor performance of your front office staff further exacerbates this issue.

I called, twice to get an appointment to establish a doctor. I was told no appointment is available until September of 2025 . YET ,you all claim appointments can be booked on internet, how is that possible when there are no appointments available until September of 2025 .Seem like you all do not care about people health at all . I can’t stand a power tripping appointment setter.

My daughter’s doctor dr Lehman is fantastic ,10 stars no complaints there💯. I don’t know the exact position, the person that comes in and does the shots but her name was kayli /kylie? It really concerned me how much blood came out of my daughter’s finger during a normal iron test. She was very non chalont about everything and had told me it was the same test from the wic office. At the wic office the barely pricked got the blood and tested it. I have never in my life seen this much blood from a simple procedure. There was blood covering my daughter’s hand, pants, all over me and my bfs hands. At one point I looked over and she just poking her finger over and over, there was so much blood already idk how she ain’t fill the tube up. I got finally got up close because there was so much blood and asked her why and she didn’t saying anything. Me and my boyfriend had to step in more than we should’ve to help the nurse. After that she attempted to wipe my daughter hand off and failed. After she left the room I noticed she left the poker, gauze, and my daughter blood on the table (was still there when we were leaving, and yes blood on the table) Finally as I was checking out I was told i needed the blue folder. I went up to the aid and told her, she made an annoyed look at me and said what folder while chewing some crackers or something. She lacks professionalism, this Totally freaked me out! Will be requesting the nice middle aged man with earring , my daughter ain't cry at all when he gives her shots. U can definitely tell who wants to be there and who doesn't.

They somehow "lost" my vaccination records and nearly made me unable to enroll in classes for college. I seriously have no idea how they managed to do that.

I would absolutely give zero stars if that option was available. Since becoming a patient in the spring, I have had nothing but negative experiences with IU Health. First, it took four months for me to be able to get an appointment as a new patient. I understand that every office has quite a long wait time for new patients, but four months seems a bit excessive. It is nearly impossible to get a call back from IU regarding test results or follow up information. Most of the office staff is abrasive (across all locations) and rude and makes it clear that they don't want to interact with you. There are a few admin people that I have had interaction with that were very pleasant and friendly, but they are in the minority. What it comes down to is that I do not trust the IU Health doctors or staff with my health. They make me feel like a burden and that they don't care in the least about my well being. As a medical facility, that should be an important factor in care.

I have seen Dr. Cook for about 7 years now. I always feel like she cares not only about my health, but me as a whole person. She's never made me feel silly or like I'm wasting her time when I ask questions or bring up possible concerns. My refills are called in promptly, and I never have trouble being seen when im sick, whether by her or someone else.

My daughters have been patients here for over 4 years. While the staff is great and the scheduled annual visits always go well, there are never appointments available when they are actually sick and need to be seen. I was told today for a pretty serious concern they could not see my daughter for almost a week. Back to urgent care we go.

The doctors and medical staff are great. The front office staff is very unfriendly. I come in and not a hello in sight….I left and said bye 3 times and not a word was said to me.
I used to work there and this would have never been acceptable..i’m also not just saying it because I worked there. If it wasn’t for the doctors I wouldn’t be going to this location.
