Really positive experience with our carpet installation! Nelson, our sales rep, was fantastic with his communication and made sure we knew when the carpet was ordered, when it arrived, and when the team could install. We were allowed to go see samples and bring them home to compare our walls, hardware etc before choosing a final product. We got all the upstairs and master closet changed and the team completed the job in one day + cleaned up so nicely. We have leftover carpet too that we got to keep which can be repurposed for various things. Overall, we are happy with our new carpet!

Working with J&H Family Floors was a great experience. From helping us choose a carpet and pad we liked to doing a final walk through to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, they did a wonderful job replacing the carpet in my mother’s house. If I could give five negative stars I would.
The new owner is untrustworthy. This business was five stars + when J & H Family owned it. If your expecting John’s honest and hard work, you will not receive it under this new ownership

My house needed stairs, all bedrooms and hallway. The installers were nice and had great with communication. I loved how they were not lingering around, no smoke break. They went straight to the job and got it done. They also cleaned up after themselves. You won’t believe it, they vacuumed after they finished the job and putted everything back for you. The guys who did the stairs were very diligent and they had fantastic customer care. The team took time to make it right. My stairs is not squeaking anymore. 🙂

J&H installed Engineered Hardwood in our entire house (except the Bathrooms). It was a pretty big job - 9 rooms plus a staircase and hallway. The crew that performed the work ( Jose. Dennis., and Oziel) did an absolutely fantastic job. A high quality installation. They cleaned up after every days work. I especially like the fact that they got the work done in 7 days. The sales rep, Omar, was also great to work with. He was very responsive during the entire process - Quote to Finish. I would certainly recommend this firm.

Very disappointed in quality of flooring, many scratches and marks showed up in just a few weeks. Additionally all thresholds in living and to be reinstalled as they were not glued down securely.

My wife and I are very happy with the tile work that
J & H recently completed in our home. John was awesome to work with and wanted to make sure we were happy. He checked in multiple times while the job was being completed and made sure my wife and I were happy. His crew was outstanding and very professional from start to end. The craftsmanship is excellent, there is nothing that I wish was done differently.
