If we could give zero stars, we would. We are building a custom home and this company was recommended to us for custom closets. We have 1 large walk-in closet in master bedroom, 5 large bedroom closets, 2 linen closets, and 1 pantry closet. We worked with a salesman to design the closet systems for each closet, drawings were made and approved by the installer, and installation scheduled. As the closet systems were being installed, we noticed that two of the bedroom closets systems were switched, the pantry was installed with a totally incorrect system, the large master bedroom closet system was totally incorrect (with baseboards ripped out incorrectly), and they broke off a fan blade in the master bathroom when bringing in materials for the linen closet. We immediately notified the salesman, supervisor, and installers by phone and email and they committed to correct everything. They returned a week later, fixed the design of the walk-in closet in master bedroom but did not repair/reinstall the baseboards where removed incorrectly or repaint walls where incorrect system installed, did not correct the two bedroom closets that were installed incorrectly (switched), and put a totally incorrect/different system in the pantry closet without even asking or approval by homeowner. We have called and emailed the salesman, installer, supervisor many times and no response. To upgrade the closets with this company’s closet systems cost an additional $6,000 which has been a waste of time and money.

Terrible terrible service - they have been to my house 3 times to install a simple shower door, first time they didn't have it on the truck, second time it was the wrong door, third time it was the right size but the wrong bracket. We still don't have the shower door replaced...

Never reply or call us back after giving an estimate... disappointed. We were expecting them to at least respond to us to let us know they can’t do the job, instead they never call you back or email you !! I was expecting at least a respond ... I will give a no star if available

I can't speak about the work they do but I can tell you that the driver of the mirror truck is a maniac he was doing 95 miles an hour on 417 with glass mirrors strapped the side weaving in and out of traffic
