Today is my last time coming to this clinic. I don't know what has happened/changed here but I am not a fan anymore. I previously left a 5 star review because the provider I saw was amazing, he left abruptly/mysteriously and now my other provider is leaving and I'm actually really glad because I will never come back here! If you are going to implement a "new policy" that you have to pay your coinsurance at the time of service you should inform your patients prior to your appointment so they can be prepared to pay. I have a high deductible so I am going to end up paying for the visit in full anyways I understand why they do it and it's not about having to pay it's just the not being made aware before hand. And then having to have a financial conversation at the front desk, with other patients in the waiting room, at a loud volume.... is embarrassing and just ruined my whole experience. If I did not need my medication refilled I would have walked right out without being seen.

I have been going to Jordan Family Health for over a year. The front desk staff have always been incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. I recently had an appointment with Kerry Cox, P.A., and I couldn’t be more pleased. Kerry was attentive, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and compassionate care!

I give the doctor I see a 10 and normally the staff. However, today I asked if I could call later that afternoon with my cc info or pay on my chart because my paycheck hits at 3. There response was no, they won't check me in without payment. I've come here prior to Kerry cox for over 13 years! I've had that issue 1 other time and they allowed me to pay it later that same day. I've never owed a balance ever. I'm coming on for a 10 min medication check

I have been going to Jordan family health for years, and lost my long time family doctor there last year. I started seeing Kerry and I have to say she is amazing! She truly cares and answers all my questions. She is super compassionate and really listens to my concerns. Sad to see a long time family doctor go but glad to find someone I feel just as comfortable with and plan on seeing her for years to come!

The assistants do not follow through or call back. I lost time waiting prolonging my condition.

Edit: I called the number Patty gave me. The receptionist sent me to a Suzie. Not only are the doctor assistants negligent but also the reception is incompetent.

This is the best clinic. All the Drs. are caring, professional. Dr Cox is my primary but I have seen Dr Wilson, and Amelia. They are excellent caring Drs. The staff and M.A.s are excellent,they all go above and beyond. They call back with test results, which is so professional and not making the pt call for results. They are good Drs. I have referred my daughter and granddaughter and husband. If you want a caring clinic and need good Drs call for an appointment. They are the best!!!

It took over thirty days to get my disabled daughter in for her medicine and they refused service because the Medicaid site was down. We offered cash and they “No” it’s against the law. She has been out of her blood pressure meds, thyroid meds and stomach meds for thirty days waiting and I had to give her mine waiting. Still refused to help her. She was hysterical because she’s been so sick. I am dripping this clinic like a rock for refusing to help her. She doesn’t understand. She is intellectually disable with autism and only knows she was waiting for help. Her original doctor retired and is unreachable. People suck and they are NO HELP!! Now I have to deal with an emotionally disturbed sick child.

Doctors here are fantastic, along with nurses and staff. Many different medical services are offered. I very much recommend Jordan Family medical. Dr Wilson is one of the best doctor I’ve ever been too.
