I saw Dr. Snowden For a very painful Foot issue. I had been dealing with another doctor for many months was not being aggressive enough. I know it’s just a foot issue and many other people have much more serious health issues, But as an active guy with young children, my foot pain was really starting to depress me. I’m not kidding, I’ve been seeing another doctor for more than half a year with no luck. Dr. Snowden knocked it out in about a month and a half. I could immediately feel the results after the first treatment. Also, he’s just a really nice guy. His staff was easy to deal with and Setting up an appointment was easy because he has two locations. I am so thankful for his services and would highly recommend him

Checked in didn't have to wait long to be called back about 5 minutes, didn't have to wait long for doctor either. Dr Snowden came in took a look at my feet listened to the concerns I had because of my delicate feet and my diabetes. He reassured everything was looking good except a small cut on the bottom of my foot I didn't know about. He cleaned it put medicine and let me know he was there when ever I needed him. Thanks doc...

From the check in process to the end of my visit went well at the Central office. First point of contact the front desk had excellent and professional staff. Roxanne helped me continue the check in process and was really helpful and polite. Kayla checked me out and was very polite as well. Dr Snowden absolutely fast and efficient explained diagnosis and treatment options and was nice. Hopefully within a few months my problems will be completely healed and treated. Thank you Dr. Snowden and Texas Orthopedics

Dreadful experience. Dr Snowden was rude, arrogant and condescending. I waited a long time in his room, he was very rushed during my appointment, giving me very little time and was totally disinterested in my problems.
When I started to explain my ankle problem he said he would refer me and proceeded to walk out the door.
Never have I had such shocking treatment from a Doctor.
I came away with no clarity or information on how to move forward.
My appointment with him was a complete waste of my time, effort and money.
And when walking out the lady at the desk asked if I’d like to make another appointment. You have to be kidding me!

UPDATE: Had my surgery April 19 and Dr. Snowden is the best. Eight (8) weeks post-op and healing well. Below is what I wrote before my surgery:
Dr. Snowden operated on me in 2005 and will operate on me again in April for another issue. He's the only doctor I trust. He's accessible, educates and informs, and has a good bedside manner. He's also a skilled doctor. I'd recommend him to anyone.
