The front desk staff is amazing always great you with a smile and always pleasent and very helpful. The medical assistant was very pleasant and greated me with a smile and warm welcome. I wasn't there more than a minute a check-in before she took me back. Once she did all the vitals I only waited for 3 minutes tops when Dr. Zane came in always pleasant, greats me with a handshake and smile and asks me how I am doing. I wouldn't go anywhere alse for my care everyone is always caring and always makes sure that if I have any issues or questions they answer them and they always give me the best care.

Appointment took place as scheduled. Office staff are helpful and friendly. Lab work is done efficiently and carefully. Doctors are thorough and professional. I’ve been going to DaVita both through private insurance and Medicare and have been pleased in both situations. Have never had complaints nor heard complaints while in the office.

Everyone at JSA treats you as though you are family. I’ve been coming to this office for over 25 years and even though people change and move on the new folks are just as nice. I can’t say enough about Dr. Soler and the receptionist Bertha. Always a smile and a greeting. My family comes here too and we all feel the same

I love J.S.A, my parents has been going here many, many years, and we couldn't ask for so many helping, loving, understanding, good listeners,and concern, staff ( Mary works at front desk) (Barbara also front desk) niemiee also front desk) These women go above and beyond Job of duty, they care, and they show it.... great job ladies!!!! need a wonderful doctor? you can find him her at J.S.A his name is DR.Solar, I don't know where to began when it comes to describing Dr. Solar, he is that great of a Doctor, he gets the job done, he don't give up until he finds the health problem your having,- other doctors gave up on my mom, but not Dr. Solar our the ladies that work front desk (Mary) and( Barbra ) they saw hope.put their minds at work, and help my Mother remain with us ( 5) more years.... other Dr. said no hope for her.... now my Dad, but no worries with J.S.A. on our side we know we will get the best of the best care, Thanks J.S.A... Dr.Solar ( Mary) (barbara ) and (Niemee) cindy is our case manger, she is wonderful,caring,she gets the job done she goes above and beyond her job duty to help others thanks cindy...also Mary has been there when i felt like noone cares she understood and heard my pain for my dad I love you Mrs. Mary looking for great Dr. and staff come to J.S.A.
