K&H was a great company to work with to repair an underground water supply line at a commercial property.

After one call into Joey ( the owner ) he met me at the property the next morning and set my nerves at ease. He understood exactly what the task entailed and clearly explained to me his thoughts and ideas.

His work crew of Pete, Brandon and Shawn were great guys to observe and learn from. They worked right through a heat wave and managed to complete the excavation site work, replace the water line, and patch the asphalt in 3 days.

The professional care they took in completing the job was impressive. They did their best to limit the inconvenience to the tenants at the property.

Thank God, I found a new home to take my baby / my Kioti CK3510 to get service ! I called Laura this morning. She was great for her to see her meet her and then she introduced me to Brendan. What a great guy he is.
my instance told me not to bring it back to the company. I bought it from a few years ago. I had a bad experience that the plate that holds my back hole came detached from a very weak factory weld.
that company told me it was over a year that I will have to pay for shipping for the new plate so instead I had it welded ( so that I could still use it. I definitely need it at the time.)
I won’t say the name of the company in Charleston, Rhode Island but if you reading this, please buy your tractor and get it serviced here K&H equipment

Clean, organized, the Man behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. I've been to Big boys Toys and those guys are downright rude.
K&h is a longer ride for me but it is well worth it for the exceptional service that you'll get here.
Everyone at k&h was very customer-oriented, very knowledgeable, and the place was incredibly clean and organized.

Was told that that they would have made machine done in 2 to 3 weeks after a month of being there not even getting looked at and still giving me the run around I ripped it out of there not good to keep lying to people just telling me getting it it in today to look at it that was 2 weeks ago so I just enough of the lying to it somewhere else and it's going to be done next week already working on it

Looked at a lot of tractors, liked the Kioti the best. It has the best bang for the bucks and a great six year warranty. H&K gave me a great price on a new CX2510. Great people to deal with, and delivered it right to my home. Would buy all equipment from H&K.

My name is Christopher. I went into the K & H in Plainfield, CT. I was referred by a friend. I thought they were going to be expensive.
I have an older John Deere Stx38 ride mower.
I was helped by a guy on the left with glasses. He did a great job , sizing and searching for the two belts. The front desk customer service was On~point. The belts were in stock and cheaper than anyone else's. ?. If I ordered online I would have to pay shipping and wait for them. Let's just say if I have an issue with my mower or heavy machinery I will
most definitely be going to check K&H out 1st.

Great Costumer service. I bought a Hustler trimstar 48" mower and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. My sales person was Brendan and he treated me excellent. I couldn't be happier with KandH. I will continue buying products from them for sure.
