Es limpio, Facil de llegar, facilidad de estacionamiento en sombra. La espera no es tan larga y la gente es lo regular como amabilidad, en el edificio B200 la doctora y la enfermera de mi papá son muy pacientes y amables.

Just shocking customer service by the Monday April 21 day shift at the ER desk. I am a behavioral health consultant & 10000% understand how hard hospital staff work. An actively psychotic male (a clients son) was in the ER, not admitted, and then he left. I told them who I was. That I was there to help, and asked them (woman, too much red lipstick) at the ER desk about any info that could help. As Red condescendingly got in my face for even asking, her partner claimed it was a HIPPA issue (umm, if the individual wasn't admitted to the hospital, it can't be a HIPPA issue, for he is not under your care). This kid, my clients son, could due. The mental health crisis is brutal enough without these two clowns making it harder.

Not sure if it's the correct place, but this review is for Suite B100, the comprehensive cancer center. I am not a patient, but my girlfriend is and her appointments are always held in high reguard. Nancy, the woman at the front desk is always so kind and cheerful, and Lisa one of the physicians is also a beautifully positive influence. The waiting room is well lit and Nancy is such a natural host, it makes the entire visit feel so much better. The first time I was here she offered coffee, tea and sparkling water while my girlfriend was getting treatment.

Again, I am not a patient, but today my girlfriend described her radiation as an oasis where she could relax and meditate.

I came in to get my blood drawn in room b200. I got to say it was by far the best experience I've had. I usually get poked multiple times because of my veins not showing but Frankie was such a pro. Literally took 2 seconds at first attempt. I was in and out of the office within 5 minutes. Make sure you ask for Frankie.

The facility is easy to find and Google navigation takes you right into the parking structure. Follow the pathway to the courtyard. Building A and B are right across each other and are labeled with signage. The staff seems friendly and helpful. There's clean restrooms water stations at each floor.

Keck Medicine of USC is the worst healthcare provider that I have ever seen. My dad got the approval letter from April to see one of the doctor there. First of all, it took them weeks to review his medical reports and insurance. In June, finally they approved everything and we got the appointment scheduled for July 10th. Probably two weeks ago from the appointment, they called and said the appointment needed to be switched to July 11th. Today July 10th, they just called him and left a voicemail saying the doctor that he is going to see tomorrow isn’t in his insurance network, so they have to cancel his appointment! Canceling the patient’s appointment at the last minute?! They should’ve informed us that the doctor that he is going to see isn’t in his insurance network months ago!

Excellent care, I wont go into detail, for my privacy, but everyone from Keck intake on the phone as a new patient , to triage nurse's call back within the hour, then getting me booked within 40 minutes at first available appointment. I drove out from DTLA .and so glad I did. Front desk, exam nurses, and my doctor! Really Love her ! State of the art exam rooms, very thorough, courteous visit, discussed all my issues, took appropriate tests, and have a follow up tomorrow to return some test materials. A top rate place. This will become my home base for my primary medical care doctor. They are accepting new patients if you want to be in the Keck system I highly recommend. Although it was still partially under construction when I was there, the parking was easy, and the beautiful drive along the 210 just calmed me down. I really trust this place. Thank you, one and all.

I have been suffering from a chronic cough for the past month.I called and scheduled an appointment for the following week to see Dr Elizabeth Shuman.The day before the appointment, I receive a phone call stating I need to reschedule my appointment because the doctor will not be in.I reschedule for the following week to see Dr Shuman. The day before the appointment I receive another call stating the Doctor will not be in and need to reschedule again.I called and informed them I did not want to reschedule an appointment just to be cancelled again for the 3rd week in a row. I was done with Dr Shuman and Keck Medical Group. As the saying goes 'Fool me once, Fool me twice'.
