I am not sure about the type of care given at Kernodle clinic because I didn't even get that far. I called Mebane Kernodle Podiatry office location to ask if they cut toenails (diabetic patients require a provider) or if they could point me in the direction of someone in the area. The Person who answered the phone was rude and just repeated "regardless of what you are coming in for we are booked until November". Nothing like 'yes, we do that here but...' or 'no we don't...'. Didn't even acknowledge my reason for calling. Just rude and dismissive.

My mother asked me to bring her to her appointment, my first impression was the attitude from the front desk worker, I couldn’t see her name tag but I know she wears eye glasses. Other negative about this office is the way the nurse was rushing to get out of the room so that she can go gossip with the other nurse, we heard them talking and complaining about another patient. Come on, this is supposed to be a professional office not a hang out place. If they are taking about patients, how I’m I supposed to feel about my mother going there? I am changing her to another primary care doctor, even if we need to wait a little longer. Poor management. Don’t waist your time with this office, at least with the Mebane office. Burlington office are more professionals.

A patient of this clinic passed away. We tried calling to cancel their future appointments. We waited for someone to answer for 45 mins the first call and 20min the second without getting to a receptionist. The automated system says they have high volume of calls morning, lunch and late afternoon. So basically, no good time to call.

My appt was with Dr. Wolfe after injuring my back and being referred here by Alamance ER. He did a good job of explaining what he believed to be the problem with pictures and a plastic model. They were to send a muscle relaxer to my pharmacy and referral for physical therapy. The prescription was sent to CVS even though I told the nurse and the doctor that I now use Walgreens and NOT to send to CVS. No call from physical therapy for 3 days, so I called them Friday to find out why and was told the doctor FORGOT to put in the referral for PT. I'm my husband's caregiver and I'm in pain! I don't have a choice on what needs to be done to care for my husband and I'm beyond frustrated that they couldn't get such a simple treatment plan in place. I will look for a different ortho clinic for the future.

I don’t know what other people are saying bad about the Kernodle Clinic in Mebane, but I’ve always had great care and service there. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and they get to you as quickly as possible. That is my observation. I don’t understand why anyone would leave anything other than a great report on the clinic.

My daughter who has been a patient since 2002 when she was born now has a hole in her septum that was bleeding and I called to make an appointment in august and they REFUSED to make her an appointment and was told to call back AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR!!! Jenna the office manager refused to speak with me hopefully we can find someone to see her because this office doesn’t give 2CRAPS about their patients

Receptionist and office manager were not very pleasant when we were told to go see them by a tech following an ultrasound . The nurse that called with the results was also not pleasant when explaining the results. Anytime I asked a question, she would say "again". It is as if they have forgotten they are caregivers and are speaking with people who are possibly sick and concerned.

I was referred here because the provider was supposed to be really great. However I never even made it back to the appointment itself to find out! The staff did not acknowledge me when I walked in, and when I went to the front desk to introduce myself, it seemed I was bothering them with my presence. After checking in, took a deep breath, maybe they are having a bad day? Who knows. I get called up to the desk 10 mins after my appointment time and was informed that the doctor I was seeing would be late, because "I think she had another appointment, and you know the rain..." .... I said no problem, I would wait. Things happen, I guess. Then I am told they would let me know if the wait time gets too long so they can reschedule? Why on earth would you not be able to estimate the arrival of one of your providers for a scheduled visit? An hour later they tell me they would have to reschedule. I only waited that long because I took time out of work for this appointment and it was long overdue. What a waste of my time! I asked for my copay back and even that was called in to question! Why would you retain a cash copay for a visit that never happened? You should know better. Someone needs to train the front desk on proper service techniques and provider scheduling! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was simply awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
