Due to a stupid Cyber attack on Kettering Health systems, I'm unable to reach anyone at this number or any other number I have tried. I need a refill on medication. I cannot physically get to them to tell them how pissed off I actually am! Why can't they protect themselves better? Why can't the system be back so I can use it? This is absolutely outrageous!

Took my elderly mother for xray. Lady at front desk friendly. Very easy to park. Place was clean Technician super nice. Didn’t have to wait at all. I helped the technician hold the Xrays cards was happy to help. Overall so happy to have a good experience.

There was an older lady doing the x-ray . She didn’t know how to do them so she went and asked somebody else to help her. I waited until she got help. While I was waiting, she googled and looked at x-rays pictures. I found the service poor and very annoying.

Stay away from this place at all costs they will refuse to do FMLA paperwork after promising to complete it and you could potentially lose your job. Horrible people who would rather talk about getting drunk than do their jobs.

Neurologist are one of the specialist located in this building. They have a variety of physicians and nurses at this facility. They have general practitioners. They have a pharmacy on site. Everyone is pleasant, if your are having difficulty finding the room you are to visit, the others nurses are great at getting you where you need to be.

This office failed miserably with my meds. Doctor here put me on two meds but this office failed to refill them.

They will not call you and tell you why they don't refill. They just simply ignore the pharmacy request and do nothing.

I know for a FACT the Kroger Pharmacy placed a refill request to this office, I was standing in front of the Pharmacist when he sent the request. But this office didn't call me, didn't call the pharmacy, they just ignore the request.

I am now completely out of my meds due to this office. A simple phone call would have been nice. I will not return here and I will find another doctor.
