Ken sat down and was very patient and showed us our options.Ken also helped us out so we could make payments and have some breathing room for the year.Also in the beginning of the year Ken sent me a message on how to prepare all of my tax paperwork for the family. Mr Kraft is the worst CPA I have ever used. First he dropped my simple taxes to the bottom of the pile to work on his larger corporate accounts.. I had to call him multiple times to get them done and then he did he forgot to add something to do with the house to the taxes which had them kicked back. He had to redue them. I was then audited and he told me to deal with the IRS and when they sent me a letter and I called him to see what it meant he told me he did not know and told me to call them to find out and suggested I ignore the letter and just wait to see what happens. So I took his advice and did nothing. This year when I tried to file the IRS told me I owed 250 right off the bat for last year so I called him and he again told me to call the IRS and I asked him to resolve the issue since I paid him to do my taxes and they still are not right. He told me he would but was going to charge me to do a power of attorney and for the phone call... I have never been more dissatisfied with a CPA in my life and will never use Ken Kraft again..
