Horrible customer service. These ladies should not be working with the public. Melissa the receptionist is the rudest lady ever. Went to get stitches and they treated me like scum. Put me in a room with no ac when I was having a heat stroke. Got mad at me for asking for water and failed to give me discharge paperwork with in going instructions. Failed to let me know I need to get stitches removed and when I called with questions I got cussed out and hung up on.

Have tryed for days to reach a human being when calling but the system they have automaticaly puts you on hold. Currently been on hold 18 minutes and no one has even answered phone. Your not sure while waiting if your in line or something is wrong with their phones. Very frustrsting for me and my patient. They obviously need more help or the person that is supposed to be answering phones isnt doing their job. How the heck are you even supposed to contact this office?

Be aware: this is NOT urgent care. You need an appointment and/or have to be an established patient. Son had chest pain and instead of taking care of us with a simple portable ekg, they sent us to the ER instead. $$$$ Health care here is abysmal. This is our third stop too plus three phone calls and an hour drive.

I would not be alive if it weren’t for this hospital. The nurses and the Customer Service is the best and I have been in five other hospitals in the last two years.

Went for a “ free” COVID test. Even checked when we got there and made sure there wouldn’t be a charge and there wouldn’t be a charge for the visit . Just received a bill for 158.00. Not impressed. Very angry

Anytime we call no one answers the phone. It’s like they don’t care was in. Hold so long it hung up
