Nice enough folks but it took 3 hours because part of my load wasn't on the dock yet and we were waiting for the truck bringing it. Otherwise it was alright. BJ's, Taco Bell and Lowe's all in walking distance.

They always treat drivers with respect and , patience is needed when you are waiting for another driver to bring in your load. Nice people here!!

They try to get you loads to keep you busy. Communication isn't always there but some is.
They do have a shop for their trailers in house and the truck rentals get repaired fair amount of time.
It's a 6/7 day work week for their linehaul not 5. When they talk about guaranteed pay, and they use that excuse for you to sit around and wait on them or shipper/reciever and not pay you when you brake down or have detention.

This place earned every star.
Bathroom access
Friendly service
Coffee available just for truckers.
Call in ahead got a dock before I arrived.
Debra, Howard, Matt and the others names I didnt get were all nice and respecting of me. Nice to ve treated as a person with a soul for a change!
Loading took a little over an hour, but they really started on it right away.
ILL be happy to do loads for them in the future.

They were great! They got me in and out in no time. I got an apology from 2 different workers for any delays due to having to make room to move around in because the previous shift had left the dock cluttered and really, they were fast as heck. Also the gentleman who loaded me didn't even work in shipping, they called him for me, but they're not even a morning ship facility, ... it was about 9-10 am. Friendly people, great place to load from. THANKS FOR GETTING ME ROLLING!
