I had an attorney in WA who decided to drop my case after getting into my medical records and seeing how complicated the case would be to present for a MVA. I was referred to the Law Office of Clayton Morrison and met with Clay Sr. I felt so comfortable and confident in their firm and loved that it was a father & son firm. Anytime I called, they knew me by first name and stayed in contact extremely well. Gail, the assistant, is wonderful and has so much knowledge about the law from years of experience.

Once the case went into the deposition and meditation I was dealing with Clay Jr. He is a great guy! He always explained things to me in a way that I fully understood and made sure I knew that I was the boss making the decisions. He is extremely personable, down to earth, energetic and intelligent. He was 100% confident in any situation we encountered and I was proud to have him representing me. He knows his stuff and was extremely reassuring to me throughout the process about how I was handling each new situation.

In summary, this law firm is small but they will work hard for you, believe in justice and are extremely ethical. They won't waste your time or wrack up a bunch of unnecessary fees like some other law firms tend to do. They're smart & strategic and I highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys lived up to their promises and helped get us through a really rough and scary time. Clayton and Huntley worked on my case as a team. They answered all my "what if" questions and made us feel really strong when the insurance company started blaming my injury on a pre-existing medical condition. For them it is about the truth. Dear Clayton Morrison,

Thank you for your reply. The funny thing is, I never had the chance to talk to you or any other attorney.

I called your office once, & the receptionist said that she will get back to me about my problem.

When I politely called the second time to follow up, the same receptionist talked to me in a condescending tone, had no recollection or record whatsoever about my previous call, & basically told me that you guys cannot help me.

I would have understood & would have taken that message just fine if this was communicated to me nicely the first time. The issue is that it wasn't.

I feel like I wasted quite some time waiting for an answer when I could've taken that time to pursue another option. To make matters worse, I was talked down to by the receptionist when this message was delivered, who made me feel like I was stupid to even try calling & feel like I was a major inconvenience.

I originally did not want to go into further detail about my experience, but it looks like I do not have a choice. Otherwise, I will be accused of something I did not do.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Very rude, ignorant, & incompetent customer service. They can't even get their facts straight.

If you can't help someone with their problem or don't know the answer to their question, the least you could do is be nice about it instead of talking down to that person. Why is that so hard to do?

Clayton Huntley Morrison, Jr. Helped us when we really needed it. He didn't rush our case and got a very fair settlement for our son. Don't trust anyone that would rush an injury case. If you werr hurt or in an accident, call Huntley. He is honest and upfront about everything.
