Dr. Engdall is a fantastic physician. He takes the time to explain medical issues in plain English—not just confusing jargon—which makes a big difference. He truly listens to what I have to say about my condition, making me feel like a real partner in my health care.

Even in these times when so many healthcare organizations are short-staffed, Dr. Engdall makes sure I can get in for examinations and ensures the right tests are ordered. The entire team at his office is professional, friendly, and thoughtful. I feel so fortunate to have this group of people providing the care I need.

I called to try to find a primary care dr. The lady on the phone said that they aren't taking new patients for 2 months. Which my bluecross blueshield said otherwise. After she said they weren't taking new patients I started to ask for information and the gal hung up on me before I could get 2 words out.not hospitible at all for being at the hospital.

Doesn’t matter if you schedule an appointment for “urgent” care there is nothing urgent about this place and your time slot doesn’t matter because you’ll always wait an extra 45 mins, or in my case 2 and a half hours to be seen!!! Also the doctors are so dismissive just wanting to get you out to get the next person in. Terrible service, terrible place.

Dr Read was my doctor when I had a back injury, having nine herniated disks, with pain all day and night Dr Read did not help me giving a note for my employer and she sent me to work, she did not help me with my disability.

My doctor Penny is great. She’s the only good thing. I’ve only had 2 appointments with her so far. Scheduling and getting in is a joke, you wait more than an hour for your appointment, and it’s just not worth it. Her nurse Marie is a joke too. She forgot part of my stool sample so I had to go all the way to silverton before they closed to get the other part. Shes an airhead and needs to get a new job.

Can't get medicine called into pharmacy. No one cares a person health. What needs to be done to get a simple prescription filled at a pharmacy. A person there (leslie) is the rudest person there. If you have to talk to her run as fast as you can

I currently see Dr. Jamey Walker and could not have more impeccable care! I have had many providers through the years and she listens, addresses all my needs and concerns. For the first time in years I feel heard, I feel safe! I actually work in a medical field myself and the care I receive from Dr. Jamey Walker is simply above and beyond what most providers offer. I highly recommend this office and want to thank her and the entire team!
