2nd Visit to this facility. 3 am walked into furniture fractured & dislocated a toe. Eryn of the front desk with a sweet smile, checked me in quick and efficiently. My nurse Nicole was great, educating me how to care for my injury taping up my toes with precision. Dr Ryan Taylor gingerly manipulated my toe back into place relieving some of the worst pain coming from a tiny toe! Orderd X-rays confirming a break. 2 for 2 in getting very attractive Doctors to fix me. What a great team to have assembled in the wee hours of the morning. Ladies, if your single it may be worth checking out this ER.

This hospital was recommended to me, when Pottstown hospital & my own PCP office dropped the ball. I couldn't believe how nice, attentive, caring these people were, especially the Dr. !!! I kept saying to my daughter,"It's been yrs since I've seen bedside manners like this!" And believe me, I've been to a lot of different hospitals. The Dr said he was putting in messages to their PCP & cardiology for me to be seen right away, since my people were dropping the ball & guess what!? He kept his word & I was seen the next morning by cardiology! And while at the cardiologist, the PCP called to set an appointment!!! Nowhere is perfect, but they're sure made a good 1st impression ♥️ I think I found myself a new medical network! I pray they don't lose their bedside manners🙏

Hands down one of the best times i was and worse times to be an emergency room came in with an ear injury that needed stitches the staff was super friendly with a sense of humor. They called me Mike Tyson. I thought it was funny as hell good people highly recommend the service compared to Pottstown or tower health in general.

They seem to just want to discharge as fast as possible. They barely looked at my son and sent us home, said to just rest and recover. He saw another doctor and he actually needed surgery. They did not even bring an ice pack for the injury until I asked for one. Front desk was super welcoming and professional. We will not go here again.

last weekend i had an accident where i suddenly turned around too quickly and pulled something in my lower back. it was bad. my mother saw most of it and came rushing up to help me. I was sweating, bright red, and shaking and could barely stand and almost asked for an ambulance. I arrived here and was absolutely treated like a drug addict. The first nurse told me i would get an x ray and go from there and the doctor came in and told me he could either give me a shot for the pain or a pill. I chose the pill obviously and was sent on my way with a script. The script code was never put in and I really did not bother to get them because I don’t need or want narcotics. So rude and discriminatory and awful to see. I didn’t come in asking for pain meds, I came in in pain and they wanted to discharge me as fast as possible. Week two with this pain and I have a primary doctor visit scheduled and if it is a deeper issue I really hope this doctor feels bad. I will not be paying for a one minute conversation and a pill I never asked for.

The male nurse with a buzz cut could care less about my issues. If anything, he just kept staring like a deer in headlights and asked me what he (a nurse) should do. He didn't introduce himself or was friendly by any means. If anything, it just felt like he was forced to be there. The doctor, Stephanie, wasn't concerned about my issues, and told me I just needed to wait out my issues or go somewhere that had OB services. You literally work at a hospital equipped with emergency services. Why would I need to go somewhere else?!?! She also didn't know how to work the ultrasound machine and had to consult another doctor (male, short light brown/blonde hair) who was very friendly. Apart from the front desk, everyone here clearly hated their job and even went as far as to gossip and curse while in my room. Also, they would not close the curtain all the way when I was changing, and there were male nurses right across my room. The woman at the front desk was nice, but that's all this hospital has going for them.

We walked in and the woman at the check in was so nice and so accommodating. She had a smile on her face and was very transparent with our copay. She was wonderful! The visit was very fast and my husband said his cat scan was very quick. The nurse was great too!

Oh my goodness, this was such a nice experience! I went to the ER unsure of what to expect. Everyone, from the woman at the front desk and security officer to the phlebotomist, nurses, and radiology to the doctor, was all so pleasant! We were all having a laugh together, which put me at ease. Every person here actually listened intensively. They let me speak, never made me feel silly or like I was exaggerating. They also gave clear, polite instructions and answered any others I had. Everyone was constantly asking if I needed anything and paid attention to my body language to see that I was cold (and offered blankets). My word, normally I dread ERs. I felt heard, cared about, never forgotten about, never rushed or talked over or told "it's just anxiety". Not a single person present came off as annoyed, and they all had great chemistry together. No needle pain, no stress, no embarrassment, no shame. (They were all just as pleasant with other patients, too.) What a fantastic team in the Gilbertsville Lehigh Valley Emergency Room. Thank you so much, all of you!
