The Little White School museum is a small museum with lots of history. They have a St. Valentines exhibit in the main hall. There are many love letters with beautiful handwriting. Many Oswego people poured their love onto them. They offer yoga and other activities.

A small museum chronicalling the history and development of Oswego. The displays are clear and informative, and just the right quantity. There's also a separate area telling about the history of drag racing in the area. The building itself is also interesting in its own right.

Great local history museum, located in a mid-19th century church/school. Nice concise history of the area from the ice age to today.

Went for a country market. Went through the museum and learned alot about the history of Oswego. Very interesting.

Lots of local history. Father's Day weekend the local quilt group hosts a quilt show so I was lucky enough to pick the show weekend to visit. The quilt show is small, about 80 quilts but all are beautiful! What talent!

I just saw a review claiming the outside of the building has been in disrepair, and that the open part of the museum sits vacant 99% of the time...

I live on the same street as the museum, my daughters and I walk to the museum all the time. They love it. They love the small side that is dedicated to Oswego history and the search & find that they provide to kids to make it more fun, AND they love the craft nights and game nights that happen in the side that is quote "vacant 99% of the time." The crafts nights, and games nights are FREE! And they provide juice and a small snack at the game night. The lady running it gave both my girls a card game to take home as well. This is a great place to visit. We brought my 80 year old grandma when she came to visit from Arizona (she was a Chicagoan before she retired to AZ) and she loved it as well. My kids talked their babysitter into taking them on her day off! Reading that review by Mike Hauser really made me realize that online reviews can be total lies, and I only know better this time because of my first hand experience with this awesome little museum.

Also it's not in disrepair, that is also a lie.

Great treat to see some well-preseved history for Oswego! We got our Museum Passport here, and look forward to visiting more. My 7yo did a scavenger hunt on paper that helped him stay engaged.

Went to the Lego train and town exhibit. Because of COVID we could only stay 20 minutes. Would go again awesome exhibit. They also have a historic room with information about the town of Oswego, that was very interesting.
