Es la segunda vez que limpio mi saco aquí, mi saco es nuevo la primera vez que lo limpie fue ahí y todo fue bien, ahora es la segunda vez rompieron todos los elásticos del pelaje del cuello sacaron el
Botón, no limpiaron dentro está manchado, me dijeron que lo iban a reparar teniendo costureros ahí y no lo hicieron en menos de 3 meses limpie de nuevo mi saco porque estaba manchado de tierra con el Lodo de la lluvia y la tierra, realmente decepcionante! Insisten que mi saco es viejo y que yo lo lleve así, cuando es la segunda vez que lo limpio desde que lo compre( como puede estar viejo?) como puede los elásticos romperse? Tanto que sacaron el botón con una fuerza, solo se que si llevas tu saco ahí nuevo y lo malogran ellos te dirán que lo llevaste así, NO SON GENTE HONESTA Y ELLOS LO SABEN, no quise dinero de regreso solo quise que un costurero lo arreglara y ellos lo tienen y no quisieron. JAMÁS EN MI VIDA Volveré a ese lugar y Dios hará justicia por ser malas personas! Que Dios les de lo que se merecen. Por estafadores y rateros, denigran tu ropa 200 libras para ellos es ropa barata.

Please please don’t ever go to this dry cleaner!!! Especially if it’s an expensive item. I gave them a £400, hand made cashmere rug to clean. I told them “I kept it in storage for many years so it might have some dust, can you clean it?”. He said “we’ll try our best”. When I picked it up, they gave it to me as if everything was ok. When I reached home, the color had changed, stitching came out and it was completely ruined. I took it back to them to complain and they said “we warned you when you brought it in that there was no care label”, implying that he warned me that they might destroy my £400 rug and I said, “sure go ahead”. The rug only had some dust on it. If there was only chance of the rug being destroyed I never would have given them the rug, much less paid for their service!! They refused to give me any money for the unused cashmere rug that they completely annihilated. Not even the money that they charged me to destroy it!!! Please take my warning and never trust them with your belongings.
As you can see from the pictures the threads which were previously cream coloured are now pink. The stitching has been ripped open. I can’t stress enough to stay away from this shop at all costs!
If you look at my reviews, the vast majority of them are 5 star reviews. The only time I’ll write a negative review is if I have been cheated which I undoubtedly have been by this “business”. I am absolutely furious and they not only didn’t offer any compensation, but said I was 100% to blame! 😡😡😡

Great service... went there to get my suit jacket altered. Was nervous due to the reviews I've read. However, I highly recommend this place. The guy that does the alterations was amazing. Very happy with my suit jacket result.

Never leave reviews as i know how much it can harm a business. But i wish i read the reviews here before i used their service. I gave them a £750 amiri silk shirt + some other stuff. No word of a lie the shirt is absolutely RUINED. It was a shiny silk shirt before now its a rag. I think they just put it in a washing machine. I also had another shirt as part of this drop and they folded it in such a weird way that the front collar is damaged. Considering that this is the ONLY job a dry cleaner has i am extremely disappointed. I recommend they close down or learn how to actually be a dry cleaner.

Fair prices and most of the items came out well BUT they ruined one pair of trousers trying to remove a small stain, but then staining them loads more in different places. Only noticed when I got home and when I took them back to complain/ ask them to fix it they said I had done this myself and they didn’t give it to us in this condition. Simply untrue and appalling service really.. Would recommend you avoid!

Before it was a nice service . But now it was frustrating as I took my 3 items for alteration . The staff set a date to be collected last saturday March 30 th but unfortunately the taylor mis understood the date of collection . Hopefully they will finished it today as promised the second time . I know it can be busy at times but they need to make aware that customers are waiting and they should have stick to the Date that it was set .

Perfect and professional service — been coming here for over a year now for suit dry cleaning, repairs, and alterations. The lady at the front is always cheery and attentive and the turnaround is great!
