Went to the urgent care to be Seen told the weight would be a couple minutes. Sat there for a 1/2 hour before I asked somebody beside me. How long they've been there? They said 4 hours checked out without being treated called my doctor and was treated through a phone visit. And the hospital tried to charge me for services that were not rendered horrible place. I will not be paying them i do not recommend this place.

I was able to get what I needed to feel better, but boy did they make me feel bad for there. The triage nurse was rude, rude, rude. Doc mentioned he might be brisk in his questioning because things were picking up but brusk and condescending have a fine line in between them. When you already have a bad enough day that you're in the ER, and on vacation no less, getting treated like an idiot is the last thing you need. If you're in need of care in the area this is where you'll need to be, but beware.

One of my kids just had their tonsils removed yesterday at this facility by a provider who comes in from Petoskey. I can't say enough how amazing the entire staff was. It was their first day having the provider there and with pediatric patients its more high anxiety for the parents. Our main nurse Sheila was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to check in on me when my daughter was in surgery and everyone was so great keeping me updated. I felt so at ease knowing that this staff was caring for one of my kids. We traveled a few hours to get there and they made sure we had everything we could need before heading out. When I have one of my other kids going in for this surgery in a fee months I will for sure be requesting they are done at this location thank you all for the amazing work that you do. It was a godsend to have you comforting my child and keeping me calm as well.

Last Spring I fell hurt my ribs and was having a hard time breathing. Doctor sent me for X-ray came back, said that I had a bruised rib sent me home with Arthritis medicine, then another doctor did a cat scan and they found 3 fractured ribs from that fall. Then a few days ago, I had a cat bite on my hand. I was swollen so bad and it was painful. The same doctor comes into the room, "yeah, it's pretty swollen, we'll get you started on a antibiotic." I never seen him again. He never had it cleaned or gave me a tetanus shot. I am still in a lot of pain. The rest of,the Staff was absolutely the best!

The medical staff in St. Ignace are by far some of the nicest; most compassionate people I have had the privilege to be taken care of by! From the triage staff, to my actual care, everyone was professional yet caring. I felt like I was in great hands on my visit in. PA Megan Swain was swift and empathic with my care; she made me feel really comfortable under the circumstances along with the rest of the care team! Couldn’t be more grateful for them! 😁

Wonderful experience at a difficult time. Ambulance and ER staff put me at ease with their professionalism, prompt care and pleasant demeanor. Shout out to ambulance staff, Jamie RN, Dr. Smith and the lovely lady in CT. Thank you! 🙏
