Great service. The blood draw I had was good too. The clinicians answered all my questions. I felt cared for. The wait time was annoying because the check in process was a bit confusing/not intuitive my first time there. But the staff members were quick to help.

It's was a very pleasant experience, especially with the uncontrollably conditions were under due to the winter weather we were having. I arrived there and checked in before the doctor arrived at the offices, is the nurse comes out to inform me that the doctor was running late due to the roads conditions and she wasn't for sure of when she would arrive. After talking she apologized and we were trying to figure out what time she would arrive. So she l am welcome to wait and see would let me know when she comes in. I mentions to the nurse that I was fine with that but if she would mind that I only live two minutes away and I just come back. She that was fine and she would call me as soon as the doctor gets there and I would have to wait. And that's exactly what she did. About 30 minutes later she called me back and I was back home about 30 minutes after that feeling much better.

Very helpful and pleasant personnel. The RNP was great, very knowledgeable and kind.
The nurse helped me navigate the machine in the front office in order to input my information, which I appreciated very much.
They were also very helpful in getting my medicine to a pharmacy that would be open as late as I needed since it was a
Friday afternoon.

After registering on the kiosk, I was seen within in 10min. Ebony was the NP who attended me, she was very attentive and explained the diagnosis and treatment. I'm very happy the service I received.

I arrived around 7:30 tonight and I checked in on the kiosk. Nobody was in the waiting room, so the wait time was super quick. I told them my leg was swollen, thinking my new tattoo may have gotten a minor infection or something. They had me pay my copay and wait for the nurse practitioner, Triss (I may have misspelled it). She took a look at my leg and asked a few questions, and recommended a certain oral antibiotic for me, due to my severe allergy to Clindamycin (another antibiotic). She gave me my entire course of antibiotics right then and there, it only cost me $20 because they couldn’t run it through insurance, and she sent me on my way! It was a very quick process and I left by 7:55, and they locked up as I left. I’m so happy they took me in at 7:30, because I was in pain and needed the antibiotics. I’m not sure of the nurse’s name working with the doctor tonight but she was also very kind and patient. I did not once feel rushed or overwhelmed, they took their time and STILL made the entire process very quick and easy! I will definitely be back here if I ever need to. Thanks again!

The people that helped me where great the thing that’s going to stop me from coming back is there wasn’t anybody at the front desk only a kiosk . If I’m paying for a service I expect to be waited on by a real person and if I have to do all the paperwork myself I want a discount for doing your job. Going to the doctor is a personal experience in which you are supposed to have human interaction as soon as you walk in the door.
