I am so glad I found Marchele Center. She is so nice, patient and very understanding. She’s very caring and makes you feel comfortable. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Marchele Center and NP-C. I’ve been on the same medication for years and have always done a yearly check-up to get my prescriptions refilled without issue. Six months ago, I had my regular visit, expecting my prescription refills to last until my next annual appointment.

Now, out of nowhere, they’re refusing to refill my medication unless I come back in for another appointment. This feels like an unnecessary and frustrating requirement, especially since there’s been no change in my health or medication. It’s clearly a departure from the efficient care I’ve received in the past and feels more like a money grab than concern for my well-being.

I’m incredibly disappointed with how they’ve handled this, and it’s made me question if I’ll continue with their services in the future.

I have been seeing Np Center for years now. She's kind , she's caring and above all she takes all the time she or I need to discuss any medical concerns or issues I have. She's knowledgeable and research's every aspect of my care and quite frankly I'm glad she's on my side. I have had and have multiple care issues come up and some we are still working with and I feel very comfortable when I'm in her office and when I leave , that she has covered all the bases and my concerns. If your looking for a pleasant caring NP that is there for you not only in person but through the patient portal , look no further. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars in my book.
