Yesterday was my first appointment with Gina and the team. Always a little anxious about meeting a new provider for the first time. From the front desk on I felt welcomed, relaxed, comfortable. The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. Gina was amazing. Listens to your needs and concerns and comes up with a plan. Felt very comfortable with everyone there. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a primary care in the area.

I had been looking for a primary care physician and found the Women’s Center in Louisburg. I had my first appointment with Gina Taylor yesterday. I felt so welcome by the staff as soon as I walked in and Gina was outstanding. I did not feel rushed at all and she listened carefully to my concerns. I am so very pleased with my experience with Gina and staff. I am so happy to have Gina as my primary care physician now. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to establish quality care!

Today was my first appointment with nurse practitioner, Gina, Taylor, and she is truly amazing and makes you feel extremely comfortable as well as the rest of the entire staff. I really never look forward to going to a doctors appointment but they make you feel so comfortable and at ease I definitely don’t mind near as much. I would highly recommend this practice and especially nurse practitioner Gina Taylor she is truly a caring person and really listens to your needs and concerns!!

I visited this doctor's office in order to set up a primary care doctor and I am super happy with the results. Dr. Taylor and the nurses were thorough in my initial appointment and they made me feel comfortable discussing health concerns as well as other non-health related topics. They were easy to connect with and I felt like they cared. I've been telling the students I work with that if they're tired of going to Urgent Care, then this is a great place to be seen. I'm very happy with my decision to become a patient here.

I have been looking for a great family doctor in Louisburg,NC for awhile& until I found Maria Parham Franklin Primary& Women's Care I wasn't satisfied with an doctor. But these are the BEST group of women I ever been completely satisfied& comfortable with!! Starting from the receptionist, Mrs. BRITTANY at the front window that I TOTALLY ADORE 🥰😃, to every single person I encounter before I see Dr.Gina Taylor, they ALL make me feel like I've known them FOREVER or something... THEY are the best team I've ever seen 😁!!! And Dr.Taylor is SO knowledgeable and concerned about getting me back to good health that she'll do anything it takes to get me there but she makes me feel so comfortable about doing it I don't mind excepting anything she asks me to do☺️! Everyone ONE of them are just GREAT 😃👍 AND I'M SOOO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE... THEY EVEN MAKE MY SHY 11YR. OLD HAPPY TO BE A PATIENT HERE TOO😁😘!!! TY ALL💕

Dr. Gina Taylor is very nice and our visit was great ! However getting in contact with front desk afterwards has been a nightmare. They do not answer the phone, or respond to voicemails. They have also yet to send my step-daughters prescription to the pharmacy after 2 weeks.

The only call back we’ve gotten was to let us know our school forms were ready… that we took home at the time of our appointment. They do not seem organized

Love Gina Taylor FNP. She was very attentive, professional and kind. The staff was super. We just moved to NC so it was great finding a PCP
