I took my sister to this hospital emergency room for three different reasons. One of which was a hurt foot/ankle. She was seen by PA Scott Morelli. He glanced at her foot and proceeded to help with the other reason she was there. After giving her meds and making us wait another hour in their ice box of a reception area, we were told we could leave and were given some prescriptions. When I asked the nurse, what about her foot she said oh, it's just sprained. No xray or anything. After two more days of excruciating pain, I took my sister to Duke Hospital in Raleigh. Turns out, she had a broken bone in her heel. Funny thing is, I heard this guy telling another patient to "leave me a Google review!". You got it buddy! Avoid this hospital if you can help it. It's not worth compromising your health. Drive a little farther and go to a good hospital where people care and not just trying to get through their next shift.

I went to this hospital for a stat CT. I approached the desk and the receptionist looked over to her co worker and said "you want this one?" So I was sent to desk number 2. This lady was slightly less gruff. I asked what was needed to have a CT done and she said " usually the provider sends a order and if you want it done today it has to be stat." So I did just that, I went back in with my provider on the phone ( this was back at desk number one) she looked at my phone as if she didn't know what it was. I let her know my provider was on the phone. She talked to my provider as if it was a bother. She huffed out the fax number to my provider. Afterwards she dismissed me with a " we'll let you know when we get it." It's a good thing my provider said she would call when the fax went through otherwise, I guess I would be sitting there until they were tired of looking me. I didn't mean to offend them by coming to their ED to have a CT done. I guess next time I'll call and ask if they feel like working today so I won't disturb them since they obviously clocked in on break.

Contrary to the reviews the staff was amazing! We were hesitant to give it a try but glad we did! Aaron Holly was amazing! Louisburg is blessed to have health professionals such as himself. Kayla and the nursing staff were all polite, friendly and showed genuine care towards us! Hope to have to never go back but if needed we will have peace of mind knowing we are well taken care of! Thanks again to the staff!

Late last night I had to visit the ER due to an unexpected allergic reaction. It all started at registration (didn’t see her name), Dr Holly, Ms Wendy and another nurse ( didn’t see her name) were AMAZING!!!! I left feeling so much better and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, compassion and EMPATHY! I didn’t just feel like they were just there for work, but to care for and ensure I was getting better. I’m so overly pleased and satisfied with my experience while there because that type of care is really hard to come by these days. Thank you so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a heavily tattooed alternative girl with red dreads tattoos and piercings all over my face and every hospital I’ve ever been to has treated me horribly because of my appearance but this hospital was just warm kind and welcoming from the minute I got here till I left. This is honestly the best hospital I’ve ever been to in 4different states. I’m disabled with a laundry list of medical problems but this is the only hospital I’ll be going to from here on out. I absolutely loved all my nurses and my doctor was amazing and a little goofy and it made my time here even though I was in so much pain I felt safe and secure that they were going to take care of me right and they absolutely did

We had to take my mom to Maria Parham ER Franklin recently. The facility is clean, staff very professional, courteous and helpful. Especially our nurse Daniel Daniels. He went out of his way to help my mom fell comfortable and heard. He really helped us navigate a very difficult time with an elderly parent. Highly recommend this facility and deep gratitude to Daniel!

Where do I start? The care given to us was the absolute best. Dr. Holley was outstanding and was very comforting. I had never been to Maria Parham Frankin so I expected the worse because it's a small town hospital. I was wrong. Clean, modern, and outstanding service. Don't hesitate to take your family members here for care. You won't be disappointed!
