So far Dr Ward is the best family doctor I have. I and my wife have been her patients of her for over 2years and have always been impressed with her compassion and professionalism. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explains our treatment options. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

This is an old review but it still stings the way this physician treated me. When they say certain demographics get demonized by doctors they were not lying. I wish I could give her negative infinity stars. I came to Dr.Ward and told her that I was having back pain and I couldn't sit comfortably. She acted as if I was some sort of drug addict and it still doesn't sit right by me. A simple referral from her would have shown her that my back and my neck needed some major care. I ended up with rods in my neck and spin. Dr. Ward wouldn't listen and was really horrible about the situation. It was as if she couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time. I felt rushed, unseen, unheard, and treated like trash by her. Went to another doctor, I received the care I complained about plus the care Dr.Ward only cared to treat me for. I don't care how many years later it is, if she comes up I will always give a negative review. You don't treat people badly that is in your care. Listen to your patients. I hoped she has changed but from my experience, she is the worse kind of physician.

Now I see why her ratings were lower than other doctors in this location and now I understand why she was the only doctor with room for new patients, because she has a horrible attitude , very condescending and zero compassion. This lady is clearly in the wrong profession. I will be changing doctors immediately.

I have been coming to this clinic for 2 years now and unfortunately, I will not be returning. Dr.Ward is impersonal and during my latest visit i felt like I was rushed away. I do not feel as if she is genuinely concerned about my healthcare and that I am just another number.
Her nurse Amanda is highly rude and failed to call in my prescription as she advised.
When i called back 2 days later to ask why my prescription was not called in she loudly sighed in my ear and stated “Well its done now”.!

Highly Unprofessional & and flat out Disrespectful!!
Is this the type of service you provide to your patients? Your quality of service is disgusting- I will never return to this facility !!

Dr. Ward has been my primary care physician for over two years and I really appreciate her concern for keeping me healthy. She has treated me for two concussions; Nov. 2018 and Feb. 2019, and was SO thorough in follow up MRI testing to determine the extent of my injuries. She referred me to physical therapy to assist in my recovery, and has always been excellent at providing all of my medical needs.
I highly recommend her as a caring professional doctor and respect her advice and successful treatments.

Dr. Mary Ward is my favorite and best physician. She cares about my health. She has worked with me to develop and follow a plan of care that has helped me loose weight, find and follow the best specialist and specialized program for my breast cancer, helped me work thru my depression and anxiety, ordered my cardiac monitoring program and is correcting my blood pressure and colesterol, she has even coached me to follow thru and have my knee surgery, since I am having severe pain, and am working toward better total health.

My wife has recommended me to see Dr. Mary Ward, DO but I hesitated for a while until last month I called insurance to change my PCP to her office.

I met Dr. Mary Ward, DO first time last week; have some blood test results questions as well as preventive questions and surprisingly that Dr. Mary Ward took time to understand past blood test results and she listened to my concerns and requests and we came up with the preventive action plan.

I am happy with the level of professional service that she provided and valuable advise to me and an amount of time she checked on me and concerns that I have had.
