From the very beginning the Winter Haven office had a lack of professionalism with the horrible call service that would call you over and over to remind you of an appointment or the transportation driver would call repeatedly to ask if I was home and they were on the way. I have a vehicle and I lived 5 minutes away walking time. So I blocked the call service in Miami and overreacted to the driver.
Most of the staff were pleasant. It's 99% latino from what I seen which i had no problem with. I was engaged to a beautiful woman who was from Brazil. Fortunately she spoke English because I spoke very little Spanish. But I had a translator that came with my Pixel phone. The first time I used it to spy two ladies were trashing those stupid Americans and I never attempted to eavesdrop on them after.
The cause that just made me angry enough to quit was the dentist. The dentist was the only reason I signed up there. You to switch to a PCP at the clinic. So I left Bond Clinic where I had been for years and signed up with a doctor there.
The dentist was ok but the denture company they were using made the worst bottom partial. It one small dliver of silver holding it together and forgetting that I had taken it out and wrapped it in tissue paper i closed my hand to wad up the trash in my pocket and before I ever felt any kind of resistance from the partial it had snapped in half. I had a few bottoms that had become unusable for different reasons but when I inspected those the silver frame was embedded deeply into the senthetic teeth. They were also much thicker. I did a test with a bottom set that were of no use and it took both hands to apply a lot of pressure for a moment I didn't think I waa capable of breaking them in half.
I took both pair of bottoms back to show the dentist. He was concerned about the superior set i got from a company that knew what they were doing. He sent them back to that cheapo company and when they returned he gave them back telling me that because they didnt brake while in my mouth the company would not replace them. I simply left. Lesson learned. If you do business with small clinics that try to have most of the specialist available you don't get a choice of the practitioners like at bond clinic. You are risking much on the person they make available. I will upload pics of the two pair and you decide.

This place has filed for Bankruptcy I can tell by the way I was treated this morning the doctor will not listen I told him I was taking medication that was for my dogs it never bothered him ask him about my blood pressure he said it was great and nobody took my blood pressure so how did he know it was good tried to ask him a question and he hurried me up 2 mins but the main thing is they are filling for bankruptcy to expand when they have 15 other names and company Beware of this place

This is a great place, the staff is amazing and they give lunch at 12 pm and sometimes they have breakfast also. They have activities like zumba, domino celebrations for special occasions!! I highly recommend this place. They only take medicare. The other patients are very friendly.

The staff is warm, friendly and caring. I had pcp treatment for hip and foot pain. The treatment resulted in a reduction of pain in that area. The clinic needs more good primary care physicians.
