There should be a 0 star button. the departments close early (>1 hr before close), even the front desk was closed.. the pharmacy is still open. They also never answer their phones. I was answered to be asked to be put on hold for 2 hours, by the time I ended the phone call (they never answered) they were closed! We had dental surgery here, and it was very rough. They removed all 4 wisdom teeth in 15 minutes. It should take longer than 15 minutes but I believe this was cut short because of the lack of professionalism, the surgery was rushed and the result is uncontrollable bleeding.. It has been one day and the bleeding continues but the gauze is long gone. This is not the only department that is lacking but my experience with this hospital is that it is barbaric and unprofessional.. These hard working military members deserve more.

Normally come here for prescriptions. I came early for blood draw at the lab. Kiosk doesn't open until 0745 hrs. Lab will be open...? Online info is great - if the information is accurate.

Does nobody ever answer the dang phones? Always see someone sitting at the directory desk playing on their cell phones but nobody ever answers the call that's needing to be answered. 🤦‍♀️😑😑🤬

“The best in the business” is an absolute lie.
I see reviews from years ago talking about their absolute joke of a phone system, and things have not changed at all.
They still never answer the phone and they are very backed up on appointments. We’re talking at least a month on average before you can get seen.

Zero chance of reaching them on the phone, and the in-house hours are impossible for anyone who has a job. Considering they're on a military base, they really do not help much and drag their feet unless you're a civilian. Even then, I wouldn't put it past them to continue with lazy work ethic.

Update: I was told to go and purchase my own medication from the MCX with my personal money.

Walked up to service window. Told them I was sick over the weekend and am feeling unwell, but not unwell enough to warrant a visit to the ER. Got told they could see me June 10th, almost a month away, or go to the ER at Tripler. So out of the whole facility not a single person can offer you help?

Please update your hours online. They are NOT open until 10AM Wednesdays, despite what it says online

The scheduling department is horrific here. You have to go in person to make an appointment, and you can’t call to make any changes to your appointment. I really like our doctor, but the way this health clinic is run is embarrassing. Please do better!!

Fail to offer the correct help needed in almost every situation, horribly slow service. They will downplay any problem you bring to them, it's a joke that these people are the designated "medical providers"
