Do not move here bats infestation along with roaches. Resident has got bitten by bats. I hear them on the ceiling stratching and it spells horrible (see photos they tried to seal the holes), I'm moving out after my neigbors bats bite (I'm scared to death). I had a new neighbor they move because bats kept coming into their apartment. I sleep with all the lights on and burn essential oils. It's definitely unsafe dewelling the Alamance Health Department posted letter all over the building in January 2024 about the bats infestation. I heard they have black mold too from a neighbor who's been here said they never fix the problem she has had several bats in her apartment. I did encountered a bat last Friday flying in the hallway on the 1st floor. Almost hurt myself trying to get out the way. I hope my neighbor be safe he's disabled like many in this building and people here with children. Mnay are on Section 8 housing they need to be replaced in a safe dewelling.

Would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here . Roach infested , black mold , no maintenance ! New office lady VERY unprofessional & rude ! Everything here is a MESS wouldn’t recommend at all -10/10 , they swore up & down I didn’t pay my rent last year of SEPTEMBER 2023 THEN doesn’t tell me until July of 2024 so I left I won’t be paying anybody ANYTHING !

Nice apartment, but the thin walls and roaches are not. Also apartment 219 has bed bugs she stated when I visited.

Why is it so hot int these apartments. Don’t call maintenance unless it’s over 82 degrees. They need bigger a/c unit for these apartments. And the laundry room washer and dryer are all was broken. I would think the renew process on the apartments would based it off of your yearly income for that year. And not on when you first moved in people income changes. This is suppose affordable Apartments.

The apartments are beautiful and they're very spacious, but those are about the only good points to living here. You can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartments. They go through management quickly. There's a new apartment manager about every 3 months. The policies change quickly and with little notice and for an apartment that is supposed to be for lower income, the rent has increased greatly since I moved here.

Trust the other low reviews. This place is absolutely infested with roaches. The maintenance is unresponsive and you will be stuck with the multitude of issues that your apartment WILL have. Save your time, money, regrets and get an apartment somewhere else.

Nope! It is a beautiful place at a passing glance, very spacious, but it is really a large dorm room. The walls are paper thin I heard a lady on the phone and all of her contact info including ss#...that's just wrong. I have friends who live here and I know that depending on the section there are roaches...bad and mold during the Winter. SO glad I don't live there...it's income based and the people living there are really friendly, but I'll pass.

I lived here for 7 years I literally just bought a home and moved because of safety issues young moms smoking marijuana in front of there kids calling them unbelievable names and although I loved my apartment I had to leave they NEVER clean it doors broke druggies stealing packages little young female kids showing body parts and cursing which is violating the lease nothing ever done racism is really bad here apartment 228 does not no how to stop with calling white ppl n kids names is awful you can live here and get by with anything be careful this place only chasing that money thst comes straight out of pocket not a section 8 voucher young girls run there mouth trying to jump in something they dnt belong in lol to funny not nowing who they mesding with don't let them looks fool you but corporate needs to do better this building needs to be tore down and rebuild

"Hazardous" living environment. Do not move here you will regret it. Bats, black mold, bat bugs, bed bugs, roaches, don't count on maintenance or the manager, flooded basement, walls crumbling, windows leak, electrical issues, stuck elevator, the list goes on. Don't even get me started on the drama and crazy going around here.
