Im sure the workers are fine at their jobs, but its just not the best, ive never had a clinic completely forget to draw blood until after ive left. And when making phone calls, the hold time can be surprisingly long. The place seems a bit understaffed and the staff seems rushed and strained, leading to problems. ultimately they were attentive and nice, but im concerned what other oversights could arise. This wont be my first choice for a clinic going forward, but its not a *bad* clinic

Worst walk in clinic I’ve ever seen. Been going here for about a year due to not having insurance. They’re very unorganized and constantly closing early which is really frustrating for established patients who need their medication. The wait times when they are open is ridiculous.

I have been going here for years. They are "old school" where they treat you like a patient and not just a number. They care, listen and spend time with you as needed. When I had my DVT back in 2018, they spent over 2 hours with me figuring out what the next steps were and help me make my other doctors appointments with different specialists. I now live over an hour away and they are still m PCP. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!

Just there yesterday. They are wonderful compassionate people who care about their patients. They have taken excellent care of me for years. I am proud to call them my doctors.Trina and Sally Jo always know what's best for my medical problems. Pat always finds ways to get coupons to help pay for medicine if you're uninsured. She's always available with a smile and a hug of encouragement if needed. Everyone there is wonderful in my opinion. I am grateful that they are available in our area.

I have used this facility for 2.5 years. Sally Jo and Joy are excellent NPs that are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is well-trained and kind. Pat is one of the kindest people on earth. I drive from Canton when I need health care instead of going into Woodstock or Atlanta.

I have received wonderful compassionate care from all the staff at the office since 2011. Their is several students that i have seen while getting care and they are just as compassionate. students for lab draws and NP students. never have had a bad experience. no appointments and no insurance. so some time this wait is long but it is worth it. some of the wait time is related to multiple patients needing translators and those patients deserve just the same respect and time to make sure they understand what is being said to them as everyone else. Office staff is very polite. just remember this office is a walk in clinic no appt, with students. I am glad they take the time to give experience to students, NP's are the future for primary care with the shortage of doctors getting more an more extreme
