Healthcare is a collaborative approach where members of the healthcare team, including the patient, contribute actively. Kaylin, has been my provider for over 5 years. The Office Mgr has 37 hats and juggles them all. They are all professional, carefully TRULY listen to your concerns, include you in the decisions and formulate plans for your best welfare and outcome. Medically she has treated or advised me thru immediate family death, the normal aging processes like BP, cholesterol, to this year Cardiac Bypass along with Rehab. I trust her and her krue without question. (Her front office person is the nicest, sweetest, most caring, hardest working person EVER. One sec she is handing out Appts and next on the floor wrenching furniture together for patient seating).

If I could give 0 stars I would. They need to remove the urgent care part of the name and inform people that they do not do walk ins as advertised. I’ve been there twice with my son being sick and was turned away both times. They stated they weren’t taking walkins because they were booked for the day even though the waiting room only had 1-2 people in it each time. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude about it and had a why are you bothering me attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever, especially if you’re sick and needing to be seen asap.

So glad I found this clinic! Staff - from the front desk, all the way through to phlebotomy are all very friendly and helpful. Very thorough care. I had a complicated situation just moving here from another state and they were very accommodating with me and took great care of me! After visiting urgent care, I changed them to my primary care.

Wont allow 0 stars. I would highly NOT recommend Richlands urgent care. They refused proper care for my situation, lost my ortho referral for a month (& would not return my weekly call)& now my xrays are questionable. They were quick to give me anxiety meds because my blood pressure was dangerously high.. as I reminded them I already am struggling to drive with my foot. Not a safe or professional place in my opinion.

Always a pleasant and welcoming visit. From the front desk, to the blood pressure check, to the final doctor consultation. Oh and the phlebotomist is always better than any other that I've experienced.

My husband is very sick with diabetes, HF, liver, etc. I bought a blood machine for home and was/am getting crazy numbers. So I took it with me to our appt to compare to theirs’. The “nurse” was annoyed and wouldn’t even give me the reading to compare to ours’. I guess she was too worried about lunch to do any “nursing” today.
