I have been going to this urgent care for some time now, I have found this it to be amazing. The staff are really great, pleasant, and attentive. The service is quick and spot on, just note that they are a newly opened clinic, so it’s not as much foot traffic like some of the other clinics in the area, but I like that way though. If you’re worried about if they take your insurance, just give them a call like I did. I was denied by 3 clinics be founding them. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Medcity Urgent and Primary Care GA. The staff was friendly, and the clinic was clean and organized. The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable.

Even though the clinic was busy, I didn’t have to wait long, and I never felt rushed. The care I received was excellent, and I appreciated how efficient the whole process was.

I highly recommend Medcity for anyone looking for quality urgent or primary care.

Multilingual and super helpful. The office is very clean and comfortable and the nurse was quick to attend to us even though our need wasn't urgent. I highly recommend if you need care in Gainesville or Oakwood that you check them out.

Very very happy with the care my 2.5yr old daughter received here. Everyone was super nice and welcoming, my daughter was so comfortable with them. Offices that are child friendly are super important to me as a mom. The ladies here couldn’t have done better to make sure my girl was comfortable and not scared at all. 10/10 recommend MedCity.

I showed up here at 8am right as the clinic opened and there was only one person there in front of me. I figured I would be in and out within an hour, but the doctor had not shown up yet. The nurse at the front desk was very kind, and she is the only reason that I’m giving this urgent care 2 stars. The other patient and I sat in the waiting room for approximately an hour waiting for the doctor to show up to help us. The nurse eventually called the doctor and she always said that she was “just around the corner.” This was a lie as I sat and waited and waited for the doctor to show up for around 2.5 hours. Eventually, I had to leave, and the nurse called the doctor and she prescribed me medicine on the phone. I have no clue what made this doctor show up to work so late; maybe this was a one time occurrence. However, it was so ridiculous that I felt obligated to make sure no one else was subjected to this.

I can’t say enough about this office and their staff. At a moment where no one would listen to me in what has been going they took charge. I am so blessed to have found this amazing group 10/10 recommend to anyone!! Thank you Medcity I’m on my way to feeling like myself again.
