We just started seeing Abbie; everyone from the minute you walk in the door are friendly! It's a lovely, clean facility. There is a lab on site. They take walk-ins which we have also utilized already for a sick child. They are attentive, supportive, listen well to concerns, and help with solutions. I also love their app for easy scheduling and communicating with the doctor, nurse, or generic questions. Having all of these things in a small town, close to home, is appreciated!

The entire staff is amazing! So nice and since it’s a smaller office they get to know you and you don’t feel like just another appointment. My whole family sees Abby and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor. She was able to find me the perfect specialist to go to and even checked back to make sure I was able to get into them quickly. I still go to this office for blood work when needed and general office visits. I do wish they would lift the mask requirement, but I understand and we gladly wear one when we go there. 5 stars!

Called about getting labs for my son. They asked for identifying information so I can they could look up the labs to see if they could draw them. They said they could. We come in and they say they cannot because they don’t have the correct tubes to do it. Then lied about the conversation we had and said they were too busy when we called to look it up. If that was the case, don’t say you can draw labs or call us back when you have time. Poor customer service driven by an “oh well, not my problem if we can’t help them,” mentality.

Abby is absolutely amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable, and takes her time with her patients. We originally chose her for our sons pediatrician and we loved her so much I changed providers and she is now my PCP. The staff are kind and welcoming as well.

I have absolutely no complaints for Abby or the staff. Everyone is friendly, happy, and helpful. Abby is a very good listener and we troubleshoot together when it comes to health problems and which medicines I could be taking to help them. Wonderful place, I highly recommend!

Worst doctor I think I have ever been too in my life. Just went in there to get my blood pressure checked. The nurse did it the first time and it was normal and then the doctor comes in and ask all these questions. After that she slaps on a smaller cuff which nobody has ever done and says I have this very rare disease. Very nice nurses though.

The office staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to assist with patient's needs! The CNP, Abigail, is th best NP that knee can ask for. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and only wants the best for her patients! Would highly recommend if needing a family doctor and family practice.

I have no knowledge of the particular folks that work here, however since it is their number that is provided that takes me to Mercy Health's call center... First questions asked of me are not regarding issues or ailments but my name, social security number, address, have I ever been to their location before -- I stopped the process and informed the lady that I'm not interested in providing all of my information without knowing of the possibility of availability -- she informed me that unless these necessary details are obtained then she cannot see the availability. I'm not interested in working with Mercy Health as they currently operate.
