First of all, nurses never called us back to verify information that we needed. So we had to make an appointment. The waiting room is not sensory friendly and the waiting times create a lot of anxiety for those that are not sensory friendly.. Long story short, we did not get seen and was a waste of our time and energy. We had to leave due to another appointment that we had already scheduled and could not wait any longer.

I had my first visit yesterday 11/7/2023. I did not have to wait as long as all these other complaints people say. Staff was very cordial and respectful. Is what took so long was me filling out the paperwork, I had just gotten out of the hospital. My writing was not that great. I was called lest than 2 minutes later. The nurse took me back to do my vitals, then to where I was to see the Dr. She seemed very concerned as did Dr Annabi when I saw him at the hospital every morning I was in. If anything changes I’ll let you know, otherwise for now I will continue to go to this office.

Dr. Annabi is one of the worst doctors in town and it is not just because he went to the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He does not diagnose you correctly and the worst part is his computer software will auto diagnose you on its own. You tell them to fix it and they never do. Every time you go for a test, all the so-called diagnoses they have ever given you reappear.

They do not tell you what tests they are ordering, they just do it without discussing it with you or giving you any options. They refer you to doctors that are not even approved by your insurance.

They never answer the phone, and the answering service answers the phone and does not help you. When the staff does answer, they are super rude.

They are very stingy with refills always wanting you to come in so they can torture you with waiting for hours.

If you do a tele medicine appointment, they will call you late and then barely let you speak, and the entire appointment will be for 2 minutes tops.

Then when the other doctor or so-called nurse practitioner sees you, she will put her own diagnosis and override the doctor.

Most of the time Dr. Annabi will not even try to help you, he will use the excuse "I am just an Internal Medicine doctor", but the reality is he just barely has the competence of a physician assistant at most.

The saddest part is Dr. Annabi teaches at UMC, the world does not need more awful doctors like him.

I cannot complain of any of the doctors in this office they all have been great with me and my family. However the office staff is incompetent! Not once but multiple times I have not received my medications on time for them not sending them to the pharmacy (which are highly needed) and now I have to wait till Monday to TRY and solve something. And to my unfortunate disgrace on Monday I’ll probably be charged too when I have NOT been able to even see the doctor and just talk to them. This is not the first time that this happens and the fact they reschedule your appointments and then just delete them and when you call they want to reschedule them a month later when you need help. This staff is beyond incompetent, makes it really hard to stay with doctors I love and understand, but they are really compromising my medical care.

I have never met Dr. ANNABI. I have dealt with miss Solis. I found her to be extremely rude and unpleasant. She has actually yelled at me for a simple request. She is totally unprofessional and refuses to hear patient out. Prescribed me a medication that other Dr's. Told me never to take and to throw away immediately. As a result I now have to d
Find another primary care provider. Avoid her at all costs.

I love Doc but the Nurse Practitioner, Crystal Garcia, is very uncaring. I had a conference call asking for an antibiotic because I know my body and I knew I had a sinus infection. She refused. When my fever went to 100.4 I went to Urgent Care. Had she given me what I know I needed I would have been better in two days. It’s sad when the people in your Doctor’s office treat you like just a number. I’m beyond disappointed and I will never deal with this Crystal Garcia again.

Just changed to dr Annabi and I am glad I did .. I feel so much better in every way .. the girls at the front are wonderful.. I haven’t had the please of meeting the drs assistants .. the aids taking vitals are very welcoming and courteousness is outstanding.. To add Dr Annabi works very well with all my other drs .. never forget .. people working or not will match your energy..

I was sent here as a Veteran seeking care in the community. I arrived 12 minutes prior to my 1 pm appointment time and wasnt taken back for vitals until 1:35 pm. I was stuck in a room until I decided to leave at 2 pm. The front desk staff was not concerned in the least. As a Veteran, I am concerned if ALL Veterans are treated this poorly? I will definitely recommend that Executive Leadership look at this provider with a bit more scrutiny. I'm sure there are other providers willing to do their job well and promptly.
