Very pleased with my recent experience here. Went in the early afternoon and was seen after not much wait. Staff was friendly and professional, and addressed my medical needs well. Responded quickly to my follow-up phone call a few days after initial visit.

Excellent service. The wait time was short. The health staff I saw were more than helpful and I was out in a matter of minutes. The woman at the front desk went above & beyond to help me regarding my medical ride. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend them and go back if I need to.

Jackie at check in was fabulous! Quick efficient. Wait time was a little long 1 hour but went to eat breakfast next door!
Donavan the nurse who took Blood pressure and drew blood was great! Very friendly!
Dr Jessica was out of this world! Very nice! Took a lot of time! Diagnosed and received prescription on the spot called in!
I’ve used them 3 times the past 2 year once for COVID! They have always been wonderful. I couldn’t get into my primary care so they are the next best option!

Worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. Had to call three times for my prescriptions because they were called in wrong and one not at all. The medication I was prescribed is not appropriate and I immediately called my primary and was told to absolutely NOT take the medication and they will see me tomorrow because this was not handled properly. If you value your time or health do not come here.

The visit to the Urgent Care facility in Old Saybrook on 16 Feb 2024 was a good experience. The receptionist at the front desk went beyond her duty to ensure that we received the care we needed. Once in the consulting room, after a relatively brief wait, vitals were taken by a very pleasant and experienced professional. Then we were seen by the PA who actually listened to needs and concerns. Truly listening to a patient can be rare these days, but he was rare in that he listened to everything and acted upon it even beyond his call of duty. We highly recommend this facility.

Don't waste your time going there. They will do nothing to treat your symptoms. Unfortunately going to the ER will yield better results.

I had been going to the previous location to get my ears cleaned for years. Unfortunately, today will be the last time. The first nurse (or whatever) who tried clearly had no idea what she was doing. She grabbed my ears like vice grips and jammed the squirt bottle into my ears. Then the doctor tried more cleaning with a bottle and scraper. He went way too deep with the scraper and actually caused my right ear to bleed. Neither of them would listen when I repeatedly said they were hurting me. They were also unable to fully clean them and told me I'd have to come back. I've never had any issues when getting my ears cleaned and I used to do it about four times per year. Never have I experienced pain or had a nurse tell me they couldn't do it all. I'm a live audio engineer and musician, I can't risk a walk in clinic permanently damaging my hearing. You have lost my business. Good day.
