My recent procedure at Mission Hospital McDowell was excellent. There were many different disciplines of people involved and each one of them touched base with me regarding their role for a nice professional touch as well as putting me at ease. I didn’t feel like an “average Joe” at all. The procedure was done quickly and competently and I was discharged without issue. A great experience!

I was a walk-in to the ER. There were several people already in the waiting room and several came in soon after me. Although it was quite busy, the staff was very efficient and worked as quickly as possible in their triage. The necessary tests were run but as it happened, Mission McDowell did not have the specialist i needed. They worked all of their contacts to find a doctor and hospital that could help me. They kept me comfortable while they set up transportation for me and made sure i had everything i needed to go. Their staff is great.

It was a challenge. I spent a good deal of time in a bed in the ER while they worked to find a hospital that could handle what I had going on. The staff were just great and as far as I'm concerned, there aren't enough stars for Dr. He. He pushed and advocated and pulled every string he could to get me where I could receive the care I needed while doing a bang-up job taking care of me while hunting. He's earned a spot in my hall of fame for doctors who care.

I had a very positive experience at Mission Hospital in Marion. I was seen on time. Actually, it was earlier than my appointment was scheduled, and the doctor spent considerable time with me. From there I was sent to the lab for blood work, again with no wait time and had an appointment scheduled for my next visit before I left. I am very satisfied.

First trip ever for patient to ER. Courteous and caring employees checked us in quickly and informed us of a short wait. We were seen, informed of results and finished within a few hours. Exceptional service and care. Thankful for local hospital.

There's not a lot of seating in the ER waiting room, that needs to change. More often than not it's so busy (by people filling up the ER department with stupid things like going there for a common cold or flu, and like the man that was next to me for a paper cut, that it was so backed up, I couldn't even get a room.) They had to treat us in the waiting room with everyone being able to overhear our issues and personal information. I didn't feel comfortable at all there.
