Would not let me book an appointment without giving my credit card information. You never give a credit card number out to anyone you pay before receiving the services. I’m a licensed Electrologist and own a hair removal service myself and I have excellent customer service and I would never ask anyone for their credit card information to put on file nor treat my new clients that way! My doctors would never ask for a credit card to put on file? I don’t even think that’s legal. I pay my copay before I go back to see the doctor at the front desk. That’s just not right to ask for something like that as I’ve been to a lot of beauty services in medical locations never was asked for my Credit card before I ever went to the appointment. Also my daughter had bought prepaid certificates with 5 different Beauty treatments to try, but the girl Kayla, I believe was her name basically told me we couldn’t book but 1 appointment each after being told we could book 2 each since we live quite a distance. She told me to contact the company that they hired to promote their business and for me to talk to them about it, but there is no phone number on the back of the certificates that they sold us. Modern Medical hired them to promote their business and should handle this better, and she even said others had complained that is what they were told as well. The main thing is Modern Medical should make it right for their possible new clients that could spend a lot of money with them but instead made the whole appointment process and difficult and to top it off wanted me to give them my credit card information before ever coming to the appointment or she wouldn’t book it even thought I had prepaid certificates and it would be 5 FREE-visits via the promotion. I’m going to post the certificate that was paid for. I’m also going to report this to better business bureau, because the conditions say nothing about giving your credit card info to them before making appointments. Sadly enough I’ve never given a bad review online because me being in business in a hair removal field as a licensed Electrologist knows how important it is to make your clients feel not only important but treated fairly! I have 80 plus 5 star reviews because of how good I am to my clients. I felt completely scammed for the prepaid visits as well as treated very unfair. I had to give a 1 star and if I could it would be 0 star!

I’ve been very happy with the services I’ve had at Modern Medical Aesthetics. From facials w Emma to medical treatments by Dr Sweet it’s all been exceptional. I’m feeling much better w more energy. My skin is looking great too. I don’t live in the area but travel to this great Practice. I highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel very welcome, and are very accommodating. Dr. Pyles-Sweet is an outstanding doctor (and person). She always make you feel comfortable. I feel so much better about my skin than I’ve ever felt - and that’s only after a few months. I would highly recommend Modern Medical for any procedure you might be contemplating.

I have had the best experience and results with Kris and Emma. My skin has never looked so youthful and tight! Kris is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable. Emma gives the best facials too! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Kris has been doing my laser hair removal and I would definitely recommend! She is professional, thorough & walks you through every step. I am only half way through my sessions and I am loving the results already!

I have been going there for over 9 months. They have went through abot 3 new staff members. The service is not how it started. I've been waiting now on a call back for about a week and they say they are in a meeting. They are paid in full and treat me like a piece of trash. All I want is my money back for undone service . They want even help. What can I do they are already paid. Today is a different day. They just called after a week of putting me off then tell me they can not finish my treatments. I paid 3500. And they decided to take the remaining sessions and monies I'm contacting channel 9 news. After I seek an lawyer. They just kept my money. No service. That's why they want your card upfront. Don't pay them. This isn't right. I don't like the service and they charged my card for service not provided. Run!

Extremely unprofessional!!
Booked an appointment for Botox for Monday at 12pm. I get a call Monday morning at 9am that the doctor has a meeting and has to cancel. I reschedule, I show up and the doctor who is rude and nasty says “this isn’t the practice for you.” I ask why she didn’t call and tell me that instead of having me drive all the way her and she just smiles. NEVER GO HERE!!!!! Doctors face looked all loop sided so I wouldn’t want her to treat me anyways….

I have struggled with my weight for years. I have been doing all the right things with diet and exercise but was not seeing results. I started the bio identical hormone therapy in February and once I was in a good place with my hormones I decided to try the GLP-1 weight loss with Dr. Sweet. In 1 month I am down 14 pounds and 4 inches in my waist!!! Thank you again Modern Medical!!!
Also if you have never had a facial with Emma, I highly recommend!!!
