I should not have to hear the words Jesus Christ once in a doctors office but in this clinic it was well over 10 times. While this establishments nurses are very friendly, I'm afraid they've ruined my visit by pushing religion onto me, even after l've stated I'm not christian. Kind of insane to be pushing that on a 20 year old girl while I'm just trying to get my health checked! Attached are the church pamphlets they gave me and these weren’t even all of them.

If I could give this place 10 stars - I would. I have been here twice now, once to confirm pregnancy and another for a follow up ultrasound. The services I’ve been provided are FREE and have absolutely put me at ease at a time when I so desperately needed it. After three losses - pregnancy is tough. They have made me feel so comfortable, everyone is so kind, and D’Mari even reached out to me after my first appointment to offer another ultrasound!! I eagerly accepted as peace of mind is my saving grace these days. Thank you so much for your care and compassion for me and my growing family, it means the world 🤍 don’t let the non believers keep you from giving Mosaic a chance. They do not push religion on you - they are simply providing resources. If you don’t want them- politely decline. It is very simple.

!BEWARE! This is one of those clinics that are extremely religion based and will shame you and ask you extremely invasive inappropriate questions, and overall make you feel very uncomfortable . Just be safe and vigilant if you do choose to go here. I suggest prioritizing your comfort, and go next door to Planned Parenthood for your sexual health.

Highly recommend to everyone!! I could just cry in front of the nurse Emily and peer counselor Sandy and not feel embarrassed with her in high stress scenarios. They are super professional and kind and truly care about each client. They were so accommodating to make it the best experience for me. The people at Mosaic really remind you that you’re not alone.

such a comforting environment , all of the staff who work there are so kind and supportive. They ask you some questions to get to know you and make it feel more comfortable and personable before services. both Sterling and Nurse Emily were absolutely wonderful and kind. They truly made my day with their kindness and made this experience a million times better than i thought it would be. Sterling even gave me a little gift and some adorable post cards as well on my way out, this will forever be my go to clinic now!!! and it’s a judgement free zone 💚💚💚

This would be higher if the front desk people were more helpful, specifically Emily. I went here last week and they scheduled and appointment for me, but then changed the time and told me on Friday before they closed in a voicemail. They said that we could also text them to reschedule and I did, but when I called to confirm on Monday that it was canceled, they said that they never received the text and they’re sorry that they changed my time but because i can’t come in on THEIR time I cannot schedule an appointment for the next 6 months. I feel that their front desk organization can be much better as well as this policy because I was aware of it that’s why I reached out to them on Friday. Sherri is very sweet but the ladies at the front need assistance with doing their job correctly.

Their 6 month no show policy makes 0 sense. I called same day to reschedule as I had just found out i have to be at work an hour later. I was told intake is 45 minutes which of course makes no sense either and that I wouldn’t be able to reschedule for 6 months due to no show. Staff is overly pushy when it comes to boundaries around discussing personal business any way. It’s sad there’s barely any good options in this town for affordable care.
