I'm writing this on behalf our patient's Al and Jan Seabra, as they requested us to share their testimonial on Google. My wife Jan and I are long time patients of NMR; this is about the most recent connection. In November of 2022, my wife Jan broke her elbow and fractured her pelvis in 3 places. In March of 2023, she broke her right hip, requiring a partial hip replacement. In both instances, Jan followed her home therapy by continuing PT at NMR. The staff at NMR assessed her injuries and progress, then designed a program of exercises to continue improvement. Jan was able to move from wheelchair to walker, to cane, restoring her strength and balance. Her mental issues occasionally made sessions challenging but the staffs flexibility and supportive attitude kept things on a positive track over a long recovery. We have always appreciated NMR's "Patient first" attitude, now even more so. Our thanks to the staff of NMR for your patience, consideration, professionalism, and caring attitude.

NMR is such a welcoming place and all of the staff members are extremely helpful and compassionate. After suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and gym related issues, Dr Jeremy not only helped me recover but also took the time to make sure I understood my injuries. They go above and beyond for each and every patient and I couldn't be more grateful! Highly recommend.

I went through 20 sessions to increase the bone density in my hip. Right away, Emily encouraged me that it is indeed possible to improve my score. They are skilled at instructing exercises that target specific areas. It's hard to believe how much stronger I feel already. It was a pleasure working with Emily and Paige. They are a tremendous encouragement, professional and kind. They encouraged me to join a gym and they gave me a routine to follow which is very helpful. I'm really glad I came and I'm doing much better. Thank you for all your help to me and my husband.

The entire staff at NMR is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. I've frequented the Somerset location for sometime and actually look forward to continuing treatment. The check in/check out service is always a pleasant experience. Dr. Vincent is highly skilled in chiropractic techniques and offers health related services through NMR to enhance optimum health. Dr. Jeremy exceeds expectations in establishing mutual goals through the implementation of step by step processes; education, techniques and tips. Dr. Jeremy is very professional and compassionate. Overall, my experience at NMR has been positive.

Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation in Long Branch is fantastic. I've been treating at the facility in Long Branch with Emily & Page for the past several months. Ever since i've came to this facility i can honestly say that I've seen great progress with my recover. Emily& Page pays attention to detail when it comes to your recovery. I'm so grateful to have these young ladies helping me during these times of my struggles. Not only do they care but most of all they are passionate with all of their clients. Emily & Page thank you for your care and commitment. Your hard work have not gone unnoticed. I recommend this facility to anyone who's coming from any unexpected injury or just looking for some support when they are experiencing some physical challenges. They are the best. I suffered a severe compression fracture of my lumbar 1 last year. I opted for a conservation/ natural healing instead of an operation. I researched for the BEST team to work with me after wearing a brace up to my neck for 6 months. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in to this facility. Dr. Jeremy met with me for initial consultation. Dr. Rupa handled most of my sessions. I commend Ms. Pat Taylor for explaining every details, the entire staff all the way from the Front Desk to the back of the house. They are all friendly, professional, and really care about your recovery. They are very flexible and always work with my ever changing schedules. I must say, everyone is capable of taking over the treatments whenever one is not available. I am towards the end of my treatments. I am walking and moving a lot better. I highly recommend this group, and will always be grateful for all their commitment and hard work.
