I have been coming here for years to see Luke and he is the best around. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my dot exam. Kenzie is also excellent! The two of these working here will make me continue to come back yearly!

I read the review where the guy said that it was the best DOT physical in 10 years so I figured I’d give it a shot. I also saw a Dr. Luke. I would have to agree. Best DOT physical in 10 years amazing staff quick in and out at a great price.

Mr. Luke is special in a good way. Personable and very positive. I actually felt better and happier when I finished. Not just because it was finished. But because he is bright attentive and so positive.

If I didn't have to go here I wouldn't have. The Girl at the front desk had zero personality and zero care. Same with the guy doing the actual drug tests. They treat you like just another number here. As someone who works front desk in a medical office I felt like the whole place was very cold hearted. Not welcoming AT ALL.

THEY ARE AT LUNCH FROM 11:30-12:30.... IS THIS WRITTEN ANYWHERE OR ON ANY NOTICE, NO. SO IF YOU GO IN YOUR LUNCH BREAK..... DONT EXPECT TO BE SEEN AND INSTEAD WASTE YOUR ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK.

My rating is accurate! The worst run medical practice that I have had the misfortune to visit. I had a DOT physical scheduled for 9am. I came early at 8:45, as suggested, to fill out the paperwork. At 9:40, I asked when I would be seen. I was told that they were in a "staff meeting"! Your have NO concept of the proper way to run a medical office! How dare you schedule a "meeting" in the middle of the morning while patients are waiting to be seen! You have no regard for the time of your patients!

Great place, Great service. I would recommend them to anyone needing care or exam.I went there for a dot medical card The front desk and the nurse were so nice and welcoming and dr Luke has a positive vibe and professional. Just walked in & received super fast service.

I went there yesterday morning to get a pre-employment drug screen done. I got there at 7:45 AM and was the only one there. The lady at the counter and the one that took the sample were both very nice and I got out at 8:05 AM. This was my very first visit at this location but I’d choose to go there again if ever needed as I had a great experience and a speedy visit.
