I can't even begin with the amount of negativity here. The doctor is fine but the staff is horrible. As someone who has practiced medicine for years I have never seen a worse group of medical practitioners. Let's start with the nurse who gave me a CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS pamflet when I was there for mental health treatment, not caring about my religion affiliation (i am pegan) not only is this poor bedside manor. It's also ILLEGAL. The law states "this would be considered a violation of the patient's right to receive medical care without religious coercion" I have had symptoms be dismissed without consideration of my baseline. I have even had incidents where i am calling about a CHRONIC ILLNESS i have and have heard staff LAUGHING at my words. Yes i know it was directed to me, not only because i heard the smart A remarks but also because the nurse on the like said and i quote "oh yea, we have heard all about you" with a laugh. I have even had numerous accounts of trying to book an appointment following up after an ER or urgent care visit and never get a reply. Lastly, after consistanly trying to reach out for an appointment after an urgent care visit, without being contacted at all they scheduled an appointment for me that I couldn't attend. No call to schedule, no message on the app, 0 consideration. I would never send anyone here. This place needs to be heavily audited and reviewed for poor medical practices. I cant even give less than a 1 star or i would.

Unhelpful. Trying to get papers filled for school forms, went to the location twice and called multiple times. Receptionist is rude. Big waste of time, and now I can't meet the deadline and need to find a new practice to fill my forms. They said they would fax them yesterday, then when I call today they said I have go go in AGAIN. Despite me already going twice.

Place is a joke. Could never get an appointment for a routine physical. Then they said I’m no longer a patient because i have not been seen recently enough. I guess I should have gotten sick sooner. Typical Yale organization …money first patients last. No loss, plenty of more accommodating doctors around

Trying to make an appointment for my 81 year old mother for a hospital follow up from total hip replacement. Firstly, if you go there you know it is the WORST handicapped accessed office on the planet. Second I am a physician assistant, I was told directly I needed to change my work schedule to accommodate my mother’s hospital follow up. (No need to say, but I would be fired for telling the parents of my patients “you need to change your work schedule to accommodate my schedule”. A month ago we had to BEG for Paxlovid during a time when my mother and everyone else around her had Covid. As time is of the essence when starting the drug for a high risk person she was told she could not have the medication without being seen. I repeated 4 times she has Covid, she has a hip fracture and cannot leave her home. After having the APRN saw her on telemedicine she was given the drug the next day. Do NOT trust your family to this office or health network.

Have to call numerous times for refill. PCP doesn’t call back even after leaving messages with the staff. This office simply doesn’t give a damn about their patents.

I have been going to this practice for about 5 years now. Providers continually disappoint in communication. Referrals do not go anywhere unless you call 5+ times to remind them to do it. On multiple occasions prescriptions have not been refilled on time, causing me major withdrawal symptoms for DAYS until they finally respond to the refill request. Certain providers also see my family members and have told me sensitive information regarding them and told my family information about me even though they are not listed on my HIPAA release. Office often contacts my mother regarding medical updates even though I have only gone here as an adult and she has never been on my HIPAA or given her phone number. I constantly have to change providers due to them leaving the practice. I am not notified of their departure until I attempt to schedule with them. I will be searching for a new practice and urge others to find a practice that is more organized.

If you’re looking for a PCP to maintain your current regimen, do not seek out one here. Their level of communication is deplorable. They are more concerned about themselves and their own practice than prescribing you your necessary medications. I have been on the same benzodiazepine regimen for years. Since seeing a physician at this group, they have cut my doses in half and only prescribe you 3-7 day dosages at a time. It takes at least a full day to get a message to a doctor to refill prescriptions, they rarely check MyChart, and are very difficult to get an appointment with. Desperately looking to switch immediately, highly do not recommend.

The worst. Doctor is great, front desk staff and scheduling is abysmal!! But, after being frequently told there’s no appointments for my physical until next year, two years in a row, now my doctor is resigning (she probably wants to get the heck out of there too because they’re so disorganized!)
