I had a great overall experience at this hospital. The staff were professional, caring, and the level of service was excellent. Everything felt organized and welcoming. The only negative I noticed was with the valet service: one of the workers at the podium was on the phone yelling in Spanish. It came across as a little unprofessional in an otherwise very professional environment. Other than that, the hospital itself was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend it.

🤠🤗✔️Wonderful facility! Cancer treatment, Emergency Care, acute care,🏥 regular doctor's visits, Imaging, everything you would need to get yourself well. A pleasant looking facility, a clean facility, Well staffed, valet service, just a model of how things should be run. I'm usually there 6 or 7 times a year and my wife even more than that. We drive a little farther but it's worth it. Honorable mention, 😁they have a wonderful little cafe there also.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I almost always have a good experience with everyone at this facility who I’ve seen. The phlebotomy techs today were awesome, amazing and patient I really appreciate them. Thank you so much.

I went to the ER today, and all the ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. The nurse Vangie went above and beyond to me, I loved him and the other nurse, it was a dude I don’t know his name. But they made me feel comfortable at every moment.

The worst emergency room around. My 4 year old has been waiting over 2 hrs to be seen. They also had an infant waiting over 2 hrs. No sense of urgency by any staff

So fed up with Northwestern Medicine. Had two (different) doctors appointments (scheduled 6 and 8 months ago respectively) cancelled and rescheduled in the last 8 days and now this morning I get a phone call cancelling my stress test (scheduled 12 weeks ago) an hour before my appointment and was told the earliest reschedule available is in 11 weeks. A test like this could save a life. Makes me wonder about the level of care available at supposedly one of the best hospital networks in Illinois. Trust me when I say that now is not the time for me to lose confidence in them.

Worst staff ever in night/overnight shift. Bad attitude, tryna call cops on me because I don't have Noone else to help me take care of my 2nd 9month old kid due to having to transfer my 1st 4 year old kid to a different hospital.
ALSO, Talking Negative behind my back when I lowered down the volume of the TV.
